It made my severe pain go away. The next day after using is when I feel best. Been about a month. Didn’t think I could ever be w/o severe pain. Hasn’t cured me but definitely allows me to function again. When pain comes back I use my device and gone soon thereafter. Temporarily. I’ll take it!

Bad company to work with
Had my massager for only a few weeks and now it doesn’t work. It stays on for a few seconds then shuts off. Also, no relief of back pain or sciatica. Contacted support two times and no feedback for two weeks. Once I received a response from Support, all they asked was, is there anything else we can do for you? They did not address the problem. I personally would not trust this company.

Pretty Good Product For Me
I have been using this every day for the 15 minutes. I definitely have relief not a 100 % but getting there. I've only had 1 bad night with the pain waking me up since i stared using it. It hasn't been my back as much as it has been my leg. I do use it though especially at night when I am tired from the pain on my leg. It really helps my spine area a lot.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Right after ordering the product I sent an email and left a voice-mail to URGENTLY change the shipping address I had given. A week later after sending 2 more e-mails and an additional voice-mail still no response. Just some AI inspired friendly meaningless claptrap in an automated e-mail from "Andy."
Finally today, I got through to someone in the Philippines (I think) who told me that I have to contact the carrier because my package was already sent out. I said, no forget it. I'm away from home for 3 more weeks so hopefully my neighbor will be able to take the package for me. It's too bad because the costly product was recommended to me and I ordered it for a friend who could benefit from it. Liz
