Proct looks solid, but so far I have been unable to get an instruction manual from you.

Shipping took some time but not unreasonable.

The bigger issue is the first board collapsed after a few uses. After some back and forth, they sent another one. But the screws are already coming loose after a couple of weeks and I have to stop using it because it will collapse again if I don’t

Product was exactly as expected and good quality. However, delivery took much longer than expected after the order was confirmed.

Careful : package never received
Ordered from this company (Norma Design / Ecom Consulting) and never received my package.

Tracking showed the parcel was returned to sender, but the company made no effort to resend or refund.

Customer service replies initially but then stops responding completely. They even blocked my email which resulted in my reminders to bounce!!

Multiple follow-ups were ignored and no solution was provided.
Very disappointing experience — would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

I was so frustrated at first that items were added to my order that I didnt select....just 24 hours after sending in my problem they responded and fixed everything and my package arrived today. I over reacted and it all worked out

Do NOT buy from them. Product screws fall out causing the board to snap shut. After several emails asking for a refund, replacement or repair whuch are ignored I have given up but just need to warn people do not buy this junk.

We love this product! Have purchased three already, and recommended it to many. The only unknown is durability, as we’ve only had one for about a month.

I was confused by their advertising and initiated a purchase thinking it was the board my physical therapist recommended (it wasn't). Within five minutes, I attempted to cancel the order "before it is processed and shipped" and was told that orders are "automatically sent to our warehouse ... so we are unable to cancel or stop it at this time." I was invited to contact them upon arrival and "we will find the best option for you." The best option offered was for me to get a 30% discount on an overpriced item I did not want or pay nearly that in international shipping fees and customs. I will be contacting my credit card company and initiating a chargeback.

Scam. Got no product and no money

I placed an order a month ago and have received nothing as far as updates, and the “track shipment” option brings me to some Temu version of a shipping company that I’ve never heard of before. The only information I’ve been provided is from said shipping company stating there are 60 packages from this company being held up in customs for inspection. I’d love to try the product but for now we wait..

I bought a Norma design board a few months ago delivered to Pittsburgh PA. I didn't use it other than a few times a week. Last week the small screws fell off the board. It isn't made well. I emailed Norma Design and they said I bought it over 30 days ago and couldn't do anything about it. Stay away from this product.

I had the worst buying experience I have ever had with Norma Design. I ordered their stretch board July 6 and it never arrived. The delivery company Norma uses, UniUni had my the wrong zip code. I tried to get them the correct zip and got 2 conflicting messages from them. One saying they would redeliver my order the other saying they couldn't. Norma will not give me a refund. UniUni won't respond to my requests. So in hopes of relieving my persistent foot pain I am out $70.

Product is as advertised. I like it. There was no users manual with it. Had to download. There was also no extra gift. Just a thank you card.

This product is worth every penny spent on it! My husband watched me open it asking what it was for. After showing him he has been using it every day. We both have bad knee's and this has been a life savor. The quality of the board is top notch. I am going to buy one for my office so I can use it throughout the day. Way to go Norma Design! I highly recommend this product.

Terrible customer service, no possibility of speaking to a human. I ordered the vibration plate 35 days ago to help recover from arm surgery and it just arrived WITH NO POWER CORD and a heavily damaged box with crap padding. No trust that this product will have customer support and if or when I will get the power cord from them to see if it actually works.

I only received the board. I have no idea how to use it. No instructions, no additional guide and no Mystery gift.
The board is pretty and well made, what do I do with it?
