They will do everything to hold your money.

This company looks like it's done. They said there is some internal changes company aquisition going on. Their website down, not able to contact support anywhere. Their discord twitter everywhere there is no way to contact. Look like they ghosted their funded traders.

They closed the site and gave no refund. It is already closed for 3 weeks.

I paid my money to have a trial , the platform link does not function says error , I have emailed them many times , no reply , I think this is a scam

My payout was approved a long time ago, but the payment was never actually sent.

I contacted Rise directly, and they confirmed that no transfer had been initiated from MCF’s side.

Since then, I have only been receiving repeated generic responses about “updates” and “delays,” without any concrete information or actual payout progress.

I understand delays can happen, but approved payouts should not remain unprocessed for this long without transparency

I am sharing my real experience to warn all traders: MCF (My Crypto Funding) is an untrustworthy company that uses every excuse to refuse paying profits to traders.

1. I have successfully withdrawn money from MCF before, but this time they refuse only because "they no longer operate in Vietnam"

I have been a funded trader with MCF for a while and have successfully withdrawn money multiple times in the past. However, the most recent time I requested a withdrawal, I was unexpectedly rejected. Their reason: MCF had to cease operations in Vietnam due to regulatory concerns, therefore "cannot make payments to Vietnamese traders". They have never provided any official document to prove this.

My account is still in good standing, with a balance of over $103,000 USD, yet MCF suddenly used the "restricted country" excuse to freeze my funds.

2. Repeatedly promised to return to Vietnam, changed the timeline many times, and still haven't fulfilled

They repeatedly promised to return to the Vietnamese market to pay me:

· November 2025: said "hopefully around the beginning of next year (or earlier)"
· January 2026: said "not yet been fully cleared to operate payouts"
· April 2026: when I asked for a specific timeframe again, they completely stopped responding

From "beginning of next year" to "no reply at all" – you be the judge of whether this is a scam.

3. Section 6 of the contract prohibits negative remarks – This is simply silencing customers

MCF repeatedly sent emails threatening me, citing section 6 of the contract: "no negative remarks would be made about the company in websites such as Trustpilot", otherwise they would "escalate the matter juridically and demand financial compensation". A legitimate company would not need such a clause to suppress users from speaking up.

4. They advertise "fast global payouts", but when it comes to me it doesn't apply

On their website, MCF boasts: "known for reliable and fast payouts, some traders receive funds within minutes". I have received payments from them in the past, but this time they suddenly created a "Vietnam is restricted" barrier – even though there was no prior notice. If there truly are legal restrictions, don't advertise "global fast payouts" while still accepting traders from Vietnam.

5. Full evidence, not afraid of legal threats

I have saved all email exchanges, my previous successful withdrawal history, screenshots of my current account balance, and the entire timeline of their broken promises regarding payment this time.

Conclusion: Stay away from MCF

I am neither the first nor the last trader to be denied payment by MCF. On Trustpilot, there are already many negative reviews accusing MCF of using excuses like "geographical restrictions", "gambling trading", "IP sharing" to refuse paying funded traders.

MCF's playbook is very clear:

When a trader makes a profit → suddenly cite "regional restrictions" or "rule violations" → threaten to use the non-disparagement clause to silence the customer.

If you are considering buying a challenge from MCF, think twice. Even if you have successfully withdrawn before, they can still change their stance at any time.

A decent company would never suddenly cite "regional restrictions" after collecting fees and letting the trader pass the challenge.

I have been waiting for my payout for over two months now, and the experience has been incredibly disappointing. Despite my repeated attempts to seek clarity, customer support remains dismissive and fails to provide any concrete timeline or explanation for this delay.

On several occasions, I was given specific dates for resolution, all of which passed without any action. Communication is nearly non-existent; I have had to wait days or even weeks for a response. To make matters worse, when they finally do reply, I am accused of "spamming" simply for following up on their own lack of responsiveness.

A two-month delay without a reasonable explanation is unprofessional and unacceptable. I feel my time and money have been wasted. I strongly advise others to be cautious before engaging with this company.

Update: I am updating my previous review to report a deeply concerning and unethical development. Following my initial feedback, the company reached out to me with a direct ultimatum: "they will not process my payout unless I delete or revise my review."

Furthermore, they have completely locked my accounts, preventing any further trading activity. The company explicitly stated:

"As long as the review remains publicly available, we are unable to proceed with your request." They followed this by offering a conditional payout:
"If you choose to revise or remove the review, we would be open to proceeding normally with your payout."

This is a clear attempt to manipulate public perception and suppress honest customer feedback through financial coercion. To make matters worse, they have threatened to deduct "damages" from my hard-earned payout if I do not comply immediately, claiming that my review harms the company.

Key points for transparency:

Account Freeze: My accounts were locked immediately after posting my honest experience.

Financial Coercion: My payout is being held "hostage" until I remove my review.

Retaliation: The threat of deducting funds from my payout is a direct act of retaliation against a consumer's right to speak.

I refuse to accept what essentially amounts to a bribe to stay silent. Potential users should be extremely cautious; any company that prioritizes "review management" over fulfilling their financial obligations to clients is a massive red flag.

I have documented all communications and evidence of this exchange and will provide them to the relevant authorities if necessary.

MCF is a fraudulent company. You still haven't deposited my money. I don't think you'll deposit it now either. I will write to Trustpilot again and also about the blackmail you subjected me to. I will write that you threatened to deduct 10% every hour if I didn't remove it from Trustpilot. I will also write that you still haven't deposited it despite my payment being approved. You are scammers. You made promises to me and kept none of them. Today, tomorrow, next week, 7 business days. You kept stalling me. What a despicable behavior.

According to PayoutJunction, MCF hasn't issued any payouts for 24 consecutive days.
It looks like they might be going under.

I opened by mistake trade 10,5btc instead of 0,15btc - I closed it immediately but the fees of opening and closing position breached my passed funded account.
I wrote about my mistake to support. Max was really nice and took care of it and gave me back my passed account because he believed it was mistake.
He is the goat. I think other propfirms would just ignore me when he took care of it.

Approved payout withheld after I left a review. Account permanently closed. Here is the full story.

This is my second time having to fight MCF for a payout. This time they went further.

Payout #11339 ($932.90) was approved in MCF's own system on March 7th. Their Support team confirmed it in writing on March 9th. What followed was 4 missed deadlines over 10 days:

• March 9 — "7 business days"
• March 17 — Deadline passed. Told "tomorrow."
• March 18 — Passed again. Suddenly a "Rise migration" appeared as the reason — never mentioned before this point despite two previous missed deadlines.
• March 19 — After a 24h ultimatum, their response: "next month at the latest."

On the migration: MCF's own Discord announcement (March 16th) stated it would take "approximately 3 days" — meaning done by March 19th. On that same day they told me "next month at the latest." Their Discord contradicts their own email.

I posted a factual review on Trustpilot and X. Within minutes MCF Compliance emailed:

"Your account has been suspended. Your payout #11339 has been placed on hold."

They demanded I remove all content or the payout would be withheld indefinitely. In the same email they wrote "the payout has not been withheld due to any issue with your account" — then immediately said it would be suspended until I removed my posts. A direct contradiction.

MCF then responded publicly on Trustpilot stating: "At the moment, there are no outstanding payments on our end."

I have a screenshot of their own dashboard. Payout #11339 — status: APPROVED. I have the written confirmation. I have the Rise account showing zero transfers received.

Their own system proves their public statement false.

I have retained every email, every screenshot, and the full correspondence. I also note that multiple other recent Trustpilot reviews report identical payout issues with MCF right now. This is not an isolated case.

MCF has been great but it has gotten very bad with payout delays and funded account delays. You need to get be faster as it takes so much time to get what we all paid for. This is not just one time, but multiple times I experience delays.

Trustpilot may contact me to obtain recordings and documentation of all communications related to the issues described below. I have retained recordings, written correspondence, and additional supporting material.

I am aware that some negative reviews about My Crypto Funding appear to have been removed or are no longer visible. Prospective traders may want to review feedback from multiple sources and conduct their own research before making a decision.

In addition, I have documented over 20 seperate complaints from other traders in their discord on the exact same matter as mine, which I am prepared to present publicly.

First, it is important to highlight that a large proportion of the positive reviews appear to relate primarily to interactions with the company’s Discord support team rather than the key aspect of a proprietary trading firm’s service: the processing of trader payouts and the correct application of its ruleset. In my view, the true evaluation of a proprietary trading firm should be based on whether traders who follow the rules are paid reliably and within a reasonable timeframe.

For context, I currently hold two funded accounts of $200,000 each with My Crypto Funding, which is the maximum allocation. These accounts have been active since December 2025. At present, I have two payout requests outstanding: one for $10,000 and another for $7,000.

The $10,000 payout was requested on 31 January 2026. It was not approved until 26 February 2026. During this period, the approval date was repeatedly pushed back. A compliance call was also scheduled approximately three weeks later, which I attended and recorded. The call itself lasted a mere five minutes and was to be laughed at. Despite the payout being approved on 26 February 2026, the payment is still not received as of 11 March 2026.

The $7,000 payout was requested on 20 February 2026 and, as of 11 March 2026, remains pending and unapproved. The firm has requested an additional compliance call even though the previous call was already conducted in relation to my earlier payout request. I have recordings of this communication as well.

From my perspective, these repeated delays raise concerns regarding the company’s payout procedures and overall operational practices.

Following my payout requests, both funded accounts were subsequently modified with significant restrictions. During my experience, my account was restricted to roughly 1% risk exposure and 1:1 leverage. These changes make the accounts significantly more restrictive than typical live trading accounts. I recall the firm promoting the ability to “trade in your own style without restrictions.” In my case, I noticed limitations on my account after requesting a payout, which I personally found confusing in relation to that message.

It is reasonable to expect that a funded account purchased by a customer should allow the trader to operate within the originally stated conditions.

From what I’ve observed in the review section, the company often responds to or challenges negative feedback, so I expect they may respond to this review as well. However, I have retained documentation and recordings that support the timeline and events described above.

As a former business owner, I believe traders deserve transparency and fair treatment. In my opinion, firms operating in this space should prioritize clear rules, consistent payout processes, and equal treatment of all traders.

I have attempted to resolve this matter through multiple professional email communications with the company.

Unfortunately, the situation remains unresolved and i have been muted for multiple times on their discord as i have had multiple messages deleted to deflect possible buyers from the issue. My expectation is that the outstanding payouts are processed immediately and that my two accounts get a refund.

GOATED firm fr! I didnt have much expectations but when i logged in on their trading platform i was blown away, they even provide you with a TradingView graph inbuilt on their platform and you can trade directly on there. W firm, cant wait to pass the account and get my payouts!

Each process to move to the next stage took a very long time. My Phase 2 account took 2 days to be processed. The KYC, which was said to take a maximum of 5 business days, ended up taking 12 business days. It was only approved after my account had already reached the maximum drawdown.

The second issue that made me uncomfortable was the customer service on Discord. They often said they did not know and kept redirecting the issue to the relevant team, asking me to wait for an email response. Even after multiple follow-ups, the process remained slow.

Furthermore, when I tried to make a strong complaint in their Discord channel, I was banned and could no longer chat. I also became more concerned after seeing several members in their Discord claiming they had not yet received their profit share.
