Leaves a ton of pee stuck to the edges. I regret this purchase. I love the standard boxes I've purchased, but the flat one is glitchy and less than helpful. Still use the scoop a lot with this box. It also wastes a lot of good litter. 2 out of 10, don't recommend!!!!

Several days use in thumbs up.
Have had the cat box for several days now and is working well. The operation/spinning of the machine is very quit. I picked the xl version for our Maine Coon cat to have space and it seems to be nice and roomy for her. Shipping was quick and they kept you updated with emails.

Nonexistent customer service
Immediately after placing the order I noticed my shipping address reverted back to the same as the billing address…which I did not want. I tried multiple times without success to cancel the order so I could have the address changed. The customer service was nonexistent until they finally contacted me to say the order was shipped and they couldn’t correct the delivery address. They were advised no one would be at the address for several months and they seemed unable or unwilling to contact FedEx to get the address updated. Poor customer service response on placing the order, makes me concerned about customer service after.

NEED REPLACEMENT BOTTOM
I would give it a 5 but 2 of my cats dig like crazy which tears the bottom liner and litter escapes and it makes a mess. They need to make a REPLACEMENT BOTTOM for it.
