I ordered 2 tops one was out of stock so was offered a refund but not on the postage the other one arrived looking nothing like the picture .very cheap material.after a lot of emails back and forth where they kept increasing the refund offer as I wouldn’t back down! Nor would I spend a fortune on postage returning it!I was offered a 75%refund and I kept the top(not that I would wear it ).would never use them again .i thought from their name they were based in London but obviously not!

Spent a lot of money to return a dress and it's been returned to me under the reason "refused". I cannot even contact the company now and seems they don't exist anymore as I can't find the website. They'll do anything not to refund you.

Cheap horrible material. Vastly overpriced. States the company is in London but item shipped from China.
Colour of tracksuit completely different from item shown on website.

I ordered a jump suit from this company back in July. The jumpsuit I ordered was nude with sewn on sequins. The jumpsuit that arrived didn’t have a sequin in sight and instead looked like it had been dipped in glitter. Luckily I had the sense to open it in the yard as what followed can only be described as a glitter explosion!

Having realised the poor quality and that what I was sent was nothing like what I ordered I requested a refund. The company replied promptly and asked me to send proof of postage which I had to fund myself to send to Canada. I sent the proof and they said they had logged the return and would issue my refund once the goods arrived - no issues with the refund at this point.

Fast forward three weeks and I still hadn’t received my refund. I emailed the address I had originally used to contact them and lo and behold the email bounced back. I then tried to access their website which had also been taken down and was no longer in existence.

Fast forward another month, still nothing. I’ve now had to get the fraud team from my bank involved who have reimbursed me and are investigating!

Avoid this company at all costs!

STAY CLEAR! I paid £49.99 for a pair of leggings which I considered to be very poor quality on arrival. I contacted the company immediately to report the issue and request a return. I was directed to a returns portal, which I completed, but received no instructions on how to return the item. After following up, I was informed that I had missed the 14-day return window. I hadn't. The company has offered either a 15% refund or 50% store credit. Based on my experience, I would most definitely not purchase from this retailer again.

Having waited for Prune&Wild to deliver, I didn’t think Lune of London too bad. I love the pattern of my item - but - small is BIG. Still wearable (it’s a tee) but limits how I’ll wear it.

I ordered three jumpsuits from Lune London across two orders. Unfortunately, two of them were faulty/not as described. One arrived with a missing belt loop and tag, which their customer service team actually acknowledged after reviewing my photos. The other was advertised as soft, flexible and stretchy, but was nothing like that and shed an unbelievable amount of glitter everywhere.

The biggest problem, however, was trying to get my money back. Their website stated that they would cover return postage for damaged or incorrect items, but customer service repeatedly told me they would not reimburse international return costs. I ended up spending around £40 of my own money returning all three items to Canada.

The two faulty items were eventually resolved through disputes with my American Express, but the third item — which was simply too small and had been returned within their return period — was not part of the dispute. Lune London confirmed they had submitted a £72.99 refund for it, but despite numerous emails and follow-ups, they never actually refunded me and eventually stopped responding.

The whole experience was incredibly time-consuming and frustrating. I have all the emails, photos, postage receipt and tracking to document what happened.

I've since noticed that the same website/business now appears to be operating under the name Amarae, so I would personally avoid ordering anything from these people like the plague.

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering!

I ordered a sweatshirt from this company. I was shocked at the appalling quality of the fabric and make. I requested a refund and after a lot of to'ing and fro'ing it was agreed I could have a refund once received in CANADA!
I sent this back with RM tracking back in March. I have chased them time and time again and there's always been some excuse. Now they are not even replying back.

I ordered a hoodie cardigan for my wife, what turned up looked nothing like the picture, was made of the poorest quality printed material, it looks so bad I don't think anyone would ever wear it, it had taken weeks to arrive! I immediately contacted them to return, after several emails I had to post to Canada at my expense, around 50 pounds, the address they have me turned out to not exist and the parcel arrived back here two months later and no refund! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely appalling! I bought a dress on line but when it arrived it was nothing like the picture on their website. The material was very low quality and it was very badly made. They say they offer full refunds but after many emails I was told I had to return it to Canada. Stupidly I sent it back by Royal Mail as a tracked parcel. I asked Lune if they had received the parcel and was told they couldn’t give me a refund until they had received confirmation that they had seen movement in tracking and been scanned by the last mile carrier. That was a month ago and still no refund.

Please don't buy anything from this company. Terrible product - not as advertised - and then impossible to return. They are literally stealing your money. It is a scam.

One star is too many ! Utter rubbish , as others have said they are difficult to deal with . Sound British but had to send back to Canada .Hoodie cost £40 , postage to me £5 . Postage to send back to Canada £22 / £18 . No refund so out of pocket and no hoodie . Wished I’d never set eyes on them - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DREADFUL COMPANY 🤬

A fly by night company that promised quick delivery (except it comes from China), if you wish to return items you must pay yourself (£25) and send it to Canada. Then forget about getting your money back as the company dissapears owing £107

Never ever again

I tried to instigate a return but had no response until Klarna were involved. Despite many emails they were either rejected or not responded to. They are refusing a refund now I have actually managed to get a response via another company Amarae.
Do not buy anything from them . I still am out of pocket and so frustrated.

Wish Id checked before buying. Trying to return items and the email addresses I have all bounce. Even one which I had a 2 way conversation over when asking about delivery. Seems either their email is full of complaints... or they took it down.

This is a fake site - pictures do not match product and overpriced for what you receive. No reply’s or refunds. This company needs to be prosecuted for deliberately misleading customers. I cancelled my order within 5 min of making it and emailed straight away they didn’t refund or reply.

I purchased two dresses from Lune in August this year. One of them was completely see through and not at all like the picture on the website. I contacted Lune about returning the item (there is no specific process for returns other than emailing them) and they have failed to respond in any capacity. Thanks Lune!

Non existent customer service. Can't email anyone RE returns so stuck with a piece of crap item. Poor quality, overpriced

Ordered 2 x kaftans for my mother, over £50 each. Terrible quality. Tried to return and they offered a 10% refund and 50% off next order. I replied to say I wished to return for a full refund and my emails bounced back. I've tried emailing the only contact address again today, bounced back again. Address/domain name not found. Searched for them online but 'page not found.' Total scam.
