Frustrated on the misleading , the dishonest ways you get people to purchase your system. The lack of !response, communication from your company.I have sent many emails trying to get refunded on all my systems purchased. What your company is doing Is ethically wrong & dishonest.

I purchased the program thinking it would be something I could do, unfortunately at my age and being computer illiterate, I had nothing but issues trying to get the program to work. In my frustration at 64 years old I immediately requested a refund. It took a week for that to process through the company and another 5 days to go back to my bank. But I was refunded the total amount and I am very satisfied.

Had a refund issue from a seller Exploely is connected with. When I told them of the issue I was having from the seller not contacting me, Explodely continued to send me a link to the seller, which never worked and said I had 48 hours to contact seller. Explodely kept sending me emails that the problem had been "resolved" which it wasnt. I had to send MULTIPLE emails to get Explodly to take care of the situation. Still waiting on my bank acct to show my full refund.

While I had issues with the seller, Explodely came through with a refund in a timely manner. Thank you for your efforts.

I ordered the GD8 Algorith System which charged me $20. Then they bait you to buy the ADM-RS37-FE (Adam System upgrade ($97). Then the Done for You Configuration ($297), Upgrade ($197 Elite Account), Then the Coaching 365 days ($497) . Then the hook is the H2H Method. ($1997), All telling you - You don't need Computer knowledge; but that's Bullsh$t.
H2H is All Computer knowledge. I was able to get part of my money back after proving to them they have a 60 day money back guarantee no questions asked. But I still can't get the $1997 H2H method money back. I don't have much Computer knowledge & I have to try & figure out how to use the H2H method, because they won't give me my money back. Don't stop bugging Explodely, because Explodely finally gave me how to get ahold of the product people to get some of my money back ($1,108 back).

I had ordered a product and the support team at explodely really worked with me with helping me get my refund back they were so nice the advised every day I I had a question about my refund and within 2 days money was back in my account

Company offers a few clicks to get a payout. Then asks you to make a digital website with their simple technique. Then spams with videos offering more free money if you pay a one time fee. And if you pay it spams your account for payment multiple times.
Total scam.

I changed my mind and ordered a refund. The refund system however asked for proof of use. They allegedly claimed a money back guarantee, which only needs a receipt. You file a refund.... using the receipt. They clearly are scammers, and the Whole setup process asks you for $500+ dollars before you even see what you're buying. After several days of posting proof I had it, the bot keeps asking for proof. Trash from top to bottom.

Well it looks like instead of crediting my account like you said you would, you charged it twice!!! PLEASE FIX THIS!!

I am writing email again and again they keep saying the same thing the refund formula doesn’t work at all. They deducted money from my older credit card, in may and june after i blocked and make a refund they dont accept it i am very frustrated . This is scamming people for money.

I not only was made to ask for a refund, because this site hosts at least one bait and switch offer site, AI Cash Flow, from a supposedly push button affiliate system to a Shopify course. But I had to ask three times. Then, as if those travesties weren’t shameful enough, support solicited a positive review, believe it or not! Shameful. Truly shameful.

I asked for a refund and my request was handled very quickly. I was very surprised that I received it in such a timely manner.

Once again, I've been scammed. Their sales pitch is quite convincing, and I fell for it. As soon as I realized it was a false claim, I tried to request a refund. No one is available, the site does not match the instructions, so you'll never get the right info or where to send your request. I even tried telephoning. "Sorry, we're closed right now, please call during our business hours...7a.m. to 7 p.m. M-F," but it's just another lie.

I tried that. Called on Friday at 2 pm. Recorded message says they're closed.

My recommendation: stay away from Explodely scams.
Or anything that sounds too good to be true, as this company is quite well practiced at it.

I attempted to get a refund for a scam company Athena AI that Explodely bills for. They said 60 day money back guarantee. Explodely has ignored my request for refund. I tried their customer service line and email. They have been unresponsive. As far as I am concerned Explodely is also a scam. Do not do any business with them. Do not waste your money or time

After reading their response I will add that i already did everything they mentioned BEFORE the reply. As far as rhe ticket number it is 35003523. All rhatvi have i have gotten are emails saying they "understand my concern and before we close you out here is a counteroffer firvyoubto consider" when I say no I get more of the sane. I have asked fur avrefundvper agreement at least 4 separate times. This has been ongoing since July 27, 2026. Here it is a month away and I have not recieved my refund of $147. Again, do bot do business with either of the companies, unless of course you want the headache I am dealing with right now!
