Second review as apparently this is the only way to complain to this company .
Shocking customer services .
They are not even responding to my emails appropriately instead choosing to send the same automated reply . They received my return on the 18th August . Still no refund even though I had a response on here stating it would be processed as a matter of urgently .
Also - it will cost you between £10 - £20 to return it . Furthermore -
We all trust Paris Fury but please be mindful when purchasing this item . All marketing by them opting to employ a celebrity who is liked by the public to sell this product only to treat you without any respect when your want to return

Please don’t forget if you miss a week of taking it - it’s not as effective - another way to force you to subscribe and you will not even finish what you have before they send out three more bottles for £90 and debit your account before it’s even delivered- shame they do not honour the same principle when they have your return but instead withhold the refund .

It’s only been a week & a bit since I ordered this & I feel it’s too early for a review but so many emails for me to write a review so here it is, give me a month or so before sending lots of emails please, thank you.

i've been trying to contact them for nearly 2 weeks about not receiving my parcel and wanting a refund as i ordered 2 bottles and didn't receive anything i don't have £75 to just throw away and there ignoring my emails this is aful customer care,and i can't contact royal mail for a refund beacuse eternal collagen has to contact them on my behalf as they are the seller and there just now answering me discusting behaviour!

Fantastic I put it in water it’s really good love it

The smell and taste is absolutely vile as soon as you smell it or drink it the reflexes to throw up kick in nothing tropical about it

Fantastic product, my hair grows very quickly as does my nails, very pleased.

I’ve been taking eternal collagen for a few months now and have noticed a huge improvement on my health as well as my hair etc.

I’ve tried a lot of different collagen brands over the years, but this one has to be the best I have tried, I actually saw a difference in my deep lines looking plumper and my skin is glowing. I definitely recommend this brand, it works.
