Carefully offloaded my bathroom panel with no issues

Nice delivery drivers good communication Phoned before arriving

Delivered after the 3rd time of rebooking.
No communication that the delivery would not be happening.
Do not use DX if you want you deliveries on the agreed day.
Guys on the day were OK but in no way helpful.

The delivery guys were super efficient, great communication, everything was very smooth.

Delivery was on time and I got a courtesy call 10 minutes beforehand. Delivery driver was friendly and helpful I was really impressed.

Van drivers were excellent they put the products in the room i needed them to be in very quick and pleasant

my parcel was left on the front doorstep in full view of the road despite it being clearly labelled to leave in a safe place the delivery driver didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell or leave it in the enclosed front porch - very disappointing

Would give 0 stars if I could. Delivered flat pack furniture but lost the first box, which usually is the most important box. Called the number on the website and emailed them multiple times, but no response. Finally got in touch with the furniture company and they have sorted it out

Appalling service from this 'courier'
After scheduling a date with them and being told I would get an SMS the evening before with a two hour window... Nothing.
Rang there customer service to be told.. sorry, the depot has 'forgot' about it.
So I have lost a day off work having booked it off to recceive the item (treadmill) I have not way of being able to take delivery for the rest of this week.
Pathetic company, avoid if you can, which I know isn't always possible. I would give it minus stars if possible

Everyday I received an e-mail advising me that my delivery would be between 0800-1800. And every day for a whole two weeks no delivery as proposed. Now, like everyone else, I can log into website and track my delivery and see that the Items(s) were being allegedly loaded up in Durham (I'm in Seaham) everyday, and then never get delivered. Initially, my delivery consisted of 4 items to be delivered n the 27 Aug 26 from Durham, and following everyday of proposed delivery by the 07 Sept 26, two items clearly had become lost in transit because only 2 items would then be loaded on at Durham . Would I ever receive them, no of course not.

Hey, why don't I ring their only telephone number at Durham to enquire as to the whereabouts of my parcels. Oh no, there appear to be suffering a technical issue on their number 0191 4920895 so you cant speak to anybody "...yes too many people complaining at your poor service I suspect!"

Really disappointed by this courier company. I've eventually had to cancel the delivery with the supplying company - Personally I would never use them based on this experience and cannot recommend them at all.

Arrived on time. Tracking was very accurate. 2 gentlemen were really helpful and carried it up the stairs and put it where we needed. Great service and very polite. Thank you

Communication prior to delivery was good. I received a call with 30 minute notice of arrival. Delivery was on time and delivery drivers were very nice and respectful of my home.
