I loved the contacts and when they accidentally shipped one of the lenses in the incorrect prescription, they immediately shipped the correct ones out.

Expediently shipped; great customer support with questions I had and my lenses are exactly as advertised. All around a great experience.

Added note: Customer service responded to one of my emails, they stated they will monitor the package. I will be changing my rating based off of shipping time and if I get the correct order. I did not raise the rating as they did not offer to reinstate a free gift I was originally offered in my 1st order- but that’s not a major issue.

Customer service is NONEXISTENT! a little context:

July 31, I ordered. I was SUPER excited! But I realized that it was the end of the month and had to pay some other bills, so I cancelled, and emailed them ASKING to cancel- to which they replied within the hour confirming they had done so.

It’s now August 7th or something (give or take) and I ordered again with my Mexican credit card. I had enough funds, I saw it go through, but then an hour later it was cancelled! Customer service never reached out to confirm why.

Yesterday, the 11th: I tried to order again using PayPal and my American account, as I had just gotten paid. I know I had the funds, and I had thought that maybe the previous order was cancelled due to my credit card being foreign. I placed my order, super excited! Then? Cancelled. No warning, no explanation. I emailed customer service, I tried their live chat- and NOTHING! They’re fast to cancel orders to get their daily quota up (I used to work in CS, I know very well how it is and how each representative must meet a certain amount of tickets handled) but when it comes to actually trying to help, they ignore you. It’s been almost 24hrs with no response. Nor from their US team, not from the international team, not from instagram. This company is huge, it should have the funds to pay someone to help their customers. I hope word catches on of their poor customer service, I will be waiting a response and I will be seeing if they even care enough to make this right.

Worst lenses ever. This brand Made my eyes red. And if I send a message by e-mail they don’t response or like weeks later. Don’t but it from here. On there webshop is standing like 1 month but by the time it’s not for one month.

I’m a regular customer and due to dimple color being an international delivery for me; I experienced inconvenience with deliveries. Both times; I received excellent customer service from dimple color. My delivery was instantly tracked and taken care of. Honestly, even some of established and big chains don’t provide this level of care and excellent customer service. Not to mention, totally in love with the lenses hence why I keep returning. Just very happy with my experience so far!

Love the variety of colors! They are very comfortable and allow you to have the different eye color without looking alien like or too over the top. They are beautiful, I have reordered at least 3x and have tried at least 6-8 colors!!

Dimple Color offers a great product with super comfortable contacts in gorgeous colors even in higher powers in some colors. Their customer service is top notch and shipping is super fast! I am a happy repeat customer. Just waiting for more offerings at higher powers in blue and green hues. :)

Their customer service was amazing! I had an issue with a couple pairs of 3 month reusable contacts tearing really fast compared to other colors I own. I really wasn’t expecting much from my complaint but they ended up offering to replace them. Definitely above and beyond customer service.

The contacts are beautiful and natural looking. I get compliments on my eyes quite a lot. When I had a minor issue, their customer service was top notch and makes me want to continue to order from Dimple in the future. I highly recommend!

2 stars only because the lenses look pretty. Shipping took SO LONG. I was waiting a good 3 weeks to receive my package in the uk.

I’m not really happy with the quality of the lenses and I am super particular about the comfort.

I got the 3 month ones and they are absolute DUST MAGNETS. I always wash my hands beforehand so my hands are clean when handling the lenses but during the day either when I’m at work or out somewhere, there have been countless occasions where I’ve got dust stuck to the contact lens and it’s just so uncomfortable because it will stick to the lens and not come off unless you take it out and rinse it with lens fluid. They seem to be drier than the other brands I’ve used which are acuvue and solotica.

Even solotica’s YEARLY lenses are not as dry as these 3 month dimplecolor ones.

Feels very gimmicky honestly and probably will not be repurchasing.
