Pobrali 1500 euro kaucji i w ogóle jej nie oddają. Już 4 miesiąc czekam na zwrot pieniędzy. Zwykli oszuści. Uruchomiłem procedurę chargeback w banku.

Wypożyczone auto nie miało na stanie koła zapasowego tylko jedynie zestaw naprawczy.Podczas użytkowania pękła opona sprawa została zgłoszona do wypożyczalni i oni zorganizowali wymianę w serwisie i tam zapłaciliśmy za oponę.Przy zwrocie auta okazało się że opona jest zła i naliczyli opłatę 370£ Nie polecam naciągają i doliczają co mogą.

Stanowczo odradzam. Przy zwrocie auta pracownik wypytywał o uszkodzenia,które już były. Gdybym nie miał zdjęć z dnia wypożyczenia pewnie by je mi dopisał. Po obejrzeniu auta i moich zdjęć powiedział ze wszystko jest Ok. Kaucja została mi zwrócona po kilku dniach,ale niestety po około miesiącu z konta pobrali mi 800 euro nie wiadomo za co. Sprawa zgłoszona czeka na wyjaśnienie. Najgorsza wypożyczalnia z jakiej korzystałem. Odradzam!!!!

Przy odbiorze auta było bardzo miło i sympatycznie. Auto w dobrym stanie. Szkoda że odbiór auta nie odbywa się na lotnisku.
Mniej przyjemnie było przy zwrocie, kiedy to przyjmujący (który był bardzo miły) odkrył małą rysę na plastikowym kołpaku. Zdjęcia zrobione podczas odbierania auta były mało dokładne i nie było widać wszystkiego. Taka drobną sprawą, a jednak spowodowała że daje jedną gwiazdkę mniej

Nie zwracają kaucji! 2 miesiące czekam
Green Motion Chorwacja to absolutne oszustwo. Zamiast standardowej blokady depozytu, nielegalnie obciążyli moją kartę jak za zwykły zakup na prawie 800 EUR. Samochód został zwrócony na czas bez żadnych uszkodzeń zwrotu pieniędzy nie ma od ponad miesiaca .
Grają w obrzydliwe, manipulacyjne gierki. Tydzień temu w końcu wysłali maila z obietnicą zwrotu i prośbą o dane bankowe. Podałam wszystko natychmiast. Od tamtej pory? CAŁKOWITA CISZA. Całkowicie zapadli się pod ziemię, ignorują moje maile i odmawiają wysłania jakiegokolwiek potwierdzenia transakcji. Bezczelnie ukrywają się z moimi pieniędzmi!
. Unikajcie Green Motion za wszelką cenę, bo stracicie swoje pieniądze!
Wszystko to trwa juz prawie 2 miesiące...
Po opinni na portalu wczoraj napisali maila ze maja nadzieję ze mam sie dobrze ale maja światowa awarie systemu i muszę czekać dalej hahaha

We are truly sorry to hear that you are still waiting for the return of your deposit.
I can confirm that security deposits are automatically released by Green Motion on the last day of your rental after it has been established that the rental vehicle has been returned in the same condition as it was provided, and there are no further outstanding charges.
Please visit https://greenmotion.com/terms and select the country you rented from to see the deposit information which will advise the general timeframe that you can expect for the release of the deposit.
Whilst in most cases this is available again within 10 working days, unfortunately, this can take up to 30 days depending on the bank that you use. We suggest that you contact your bank as they may be able to speed this process up for you.
Green Motion's policy is to use pre-authorised transactions for our security deposits, which ring-fence the amount within your account, not charge it. This pre-authorised transaction will allow us to make charges if necessary at the end of the rental, but unless this occurs no money will leave your account. Due to the nature of this transaction, the release of these funds may not show on your bank statement as a separate transaction. If you believe that you have been charged your security deposit, please contact your bank and ask them to provide proof of the transaction as a charge on the first day of your rental so that we can look further into this for you.
If this amount is still not available in your account after 30 days from the last day of your rental, please contact us at escalation@cs.greenmotion.com.

Najgorsza wypożyczalnia ! Green Motion !
Wykupiliśmy ubiezpieczenie na stronie do you Italy. Mieliśmy dzięki temu nie płacić też depozytu. Auto miała nas odebrać z lotniska. Numer telefonu podany na stronie nie istenieje- musieliśmy na własną rękę dojechać do wypożyczalni która jest pod lotniskiem. Kazali nam zapłacić 250 euro dodatkowego ubezpieczenia oraz 1100 euro depozytu bo uznają mBank za bank wirualny. Nigdy więcej !!

Many of our partners offer third party cover - this is what is known as an excess reimbursement policy and is different from the waivers that we offer directly to our customers.

As you can see from the explanation, with what you have purchased, you were still required to leave a full deposit, as in case of any accident or damage to the vehicle, Green Motion would still charge you from the deposit, and you would then have to claim that amount back from the third party that you purchased the reimbursement policy from.

Najgorsza wypożyczalnia z jaką miałam…Począwszy od bardzo aroganckiego pracownika, który w sposób pozbawiony szacunku nas potraktował. Nie chciał zaakceptować mojej karty kredytowej Visa Platinum pod pretekstem, że na karcie było moje pełne nazwisko i pierwsza litera imienia. Chciał ewidentnie naciągnąć mnie na wykupienie ubezpieczenia za 350€ .
Byłam wieczorem, z małym dzieckiem, mój samolot miał godzinne opóźnienie. Anulowałam rezerwację i mimo to skasowali mnie na 100% kosztów. Nikomu nie życzę doświadczyć chamstwa z jakim odzywał się do mnie pracownik wypożyczalni.
The section concerning bank cards is unreasonable and may facilitate unfair practices by the rental company. On this basis, I formally dispute the validity of the contract in its written form, which I consider to be excessively onerous and contrary to fair-dealing standards. Unless these concerns are adequately addressed, I will continue to advise my friends and family not to use your services.
