Bought a card, Required KYC and they didn't accept my id, so my money is wasted.

It needs kyc now. I bought a voucher and im now unable to redeem

Lost 15 euro, bought giftcard on G2A, now I need verify my ID just to reedem it, never buying shit there again

Don’t use this site. Bought crypto 4 hours ago and withdrew still not heard anything. They’re estimated deliver times are not true an will leave you waiting for hours and hours for any true help

If there was a option to rate them zero i would i bought $5 worth of crypto and it requires KYC and when i want to go back to change the document number it wont let me and now i cant go back or redeem any crypto voucher and i cant even redeem anywhere else because its not a normal 16digit code its 32 and i cant return it either

Requires KYC, literally just lying about "privacy" now, it used to be amazing but every code I try to redeem needs verification now. Dumb.

never use this site. They say your code is invalid at first, even though its working. After, they say the voucher has already been redeemed. So it turns out the voucher wasn't invalid after all :))))

I used Gift Me Crypto several times before and was always able to redeem vouchers without any identity verification.

Now they suddenly require full KYC through iDenfy, including passport and face verification. I was not expecting this at all because it was never required during my previous redemptions.

I do not want to upload my passport and go through face verification, so I could not redeem the voucher and received no cryptocurrency.

I redeemed a 90USD gift card and due to some technical problems it didn’t redeem but when I contacted support they resolved the issue within 20 minutes

I tried to claim a voucher, they made me submit KYC then blocked my account saying that KYC was unsuccessful yet i got an email saying that the KYC was successful, so after getting my id and my face data they blocked me

One time you will get crypto, one time not and it is no problem for them. Fake hash

I bought a voucher to pay for an online purchase, and I highly discourage buying vouchers from Gift Me Crypto. They require strict KYC verification. I completed the check and provided my ID documents, but that was not enough for them. For a very small purchase, they demand a mountain of additional documents. They are still verifying them and haven't released my voucher yet. It is a huge hassle. I am not even talking about large amounts of money.

bought a 10$ card and its been 2 hours and i havent got anything.
went to website entered code and then they gave me a KYC, i complied and took over 20 pictures and they kept failing it. 2 hours later im still waiting, sent an email to support and just sitting here waiting, all this for 10$, worst experience so far. hopefully they will sort this out, will update later. for other people, please avoid, no kyc was mentioned beforehand so this is pretty sneaky way to lock your money behind a profiling data harvest, they will probably use all the info and sell it to 3rd parties so otherwise they wouldnt be asking for your whole lifes proof of existence. might aswell ask me for my bank account pin number lol, nothing feels quick or simple about this "voucher redeem".
i will probably just ask for a refund and let you guys know what happens, already pretty pissed about my wasted time.

currently playing email ping pong with one of their support, asfter requesting a refund 3 times he seems to ignore that request and keeps asking me to jump through hoops to help him fix the problem, which is just him asking me to "try again now" literally 4 times.
seems like they want to completely avoid the refund, even telling me to ask from G2A who sold a working product, the error is with this company and they are dodgy guys.

Tried redeem 100USD got Message contact Support now they say they couldn’t deliver to my BTC Adress and I should give new BTC adress. Now when I try to email them i get couldn’t delivered because of Spam. After days of waiting and already paid. No just no recommended. They do shady things. Dont waste your Money here.

Edit i got the Crypto After 3 days which I needed immediately also my email was blocked I couldn’t reach them anymore i contacted them later with a different email. Ill Never ever use them again the experience was Bad and I don’t recommend buying Cryptogift cards.

So I saw in multiple of their trust pilot reviews they claimed that you do NOT need KYC verification to use their service. However when I tried with only $25 it made me go through with kyc. I would've thought it needed to be $100 or more for it to make users go through with kyc. This is ridiculous.

why do i need to do kyc for 15$ giftcard? i would understand like 100$ but for 15$?
