For example, the brightness and tone of the blonde highlights may vary under natural light, indoor lighting, or when viewed from different angles. These factors may affect how the actual hair color appears to you.

All GEETA HAIR products are made from 100% human hair. If you have any concerns about the hair material, we welcome you to have the product professionally tested so that its composition can be verified objectively and accurately.

We have also reviewed the information you previously provided by email. According to our records, order GT107638 contains a curly wig in a natural hair color, while the photos you sent us show a dyed product. To avoid any confusion, if you are referring to a different order, please confirm the correct order number so we can further verify the specifications, hair color, and details of the product you received.

Regarding your concerns about hair softness and tangling, we would also like to explain that human hair wigs differ from hair that naturally grows on the scalp. Once the hair is no longer connected to the scalp, it no longer receives natural oils. Combined with friction during production and shipping, as well as daily care practices, this may cause the hair to become somewhat dry.

To help keep your wig soft and manageable, we recommend the following care tips:

Gentle Detangling: Start at the ends and gradually work your way up to avoid pulling or damaging the hair.
Proper Moisturizing: Use a conditioner or leave-in treatment suitable for human hair wigs to help maintain softness.
Minimize Heat Damage: Keep the temperature as low as practical when using curling irons or flat irons.
Proper Washing and Storage: Avoid washing the wig too frequently. After washing, gently blot away excess water with a towel and allow the wig to air-dry completely before storing it properly.

We have been actively following up on your report that one item was missing from your package. We have also provided screenshots of the package weight records to help you understand the investigation. Previously, we requested a complete unboxing video or other supporting evidence to help both parties verify the situation, but we have not yet received these materials.
In your previous review, you mentioned that the local courier had conducted an investigation, including checking the package's condition and its weight upon arrival at the South African warehouse. If possible, please share the investigation results or supporting documents with us so we can compare the information available to both parties and further determine what happened to the package.

Regarding the refund, we sent you an email 4 days ago with the return address and relevant return instructions. According to our return and exchange policy, the product needs to be returned first. Once we receive the returned package and complete the inspection, we can proceed with your refund. Therefore, the return process has not yet been completed.
If you decide to proceed with the return, please send the product back to the address provided in our previous email as soon as possible. After shipping the package, please also send us the tracking number and relevant shipping information so that we can follow the return shipment.
Once we receive the product and complete the inspection, we will process your refund as soon as possible according to our policy.
Regarding the shedding issue you mentioned, we also take this matter seriously. If there is indeed an abnormal issue with the product, we are happy to investigate it further.
