The Go-Moto chin mount for my Insta360 Ace Pro 2 is a high-quality, sleek, and compact solution. Initially, I was skeptical—mounting it on my Klim Krios Pro helmet felt unstable due to poor alignment and excessive movement. However, after reaching out to support, Stan went above and beyond. Using photos and videos, he quickly identified the issue: the mount needed repositioning. With tailored instructions for my helmet and free additional adhesives he sent, I achieved a rock-solid fit.

Since then, the camera hasn’t budged—even through 7 days of intense off-roading in the Balkans. The POV this mount enables has captured stunning footage. It’s a fantastic product, backed by outstanding, knowledgeable support.

One suggestion: Including helmet-specific instructions by default (or making them publicly available) would make the experience even smoother.

Uitstekende service en klantgerichtheid!

Bij mijn bestelling ging er per ongeluk iets mis, waardoor ik uiteindelijk de verkeerde chin mount heb ontvangen. Zulke fouten kunnen gebeuren, maar wat voor mij het verschil maakt, is hoe een bedrijf ermee omgaat. GoMoto reageerde razendsnel, nam direct verantwoordelijkheid en loste het probleem zonder discussie op.

De communicatie met Stan was vriendelijk, persoonlijk en professioneel. De juiste LS chin mount werd direct nagestuurd en het retourproces voor de verkeerde mount was goed geregeld.

Inmiddels heb ik de juiste mount binnen en die past perfect op mijn LS2 FF910 Advant II. In combinatie met de Insta360 Ace 2 Pro is dit precies de setup waar ik naar op zoek was: stevig, strak gemonteerd en trillingsvrij.

GoMoto laat zien dat goede klantenservice niet draait om foutloos zijn, maar om snel en netjes oplossen van problemen. Dat geeft vertrouwen. Ik bestel hier met een gerust hart opnieuw.

Mijn vriendin en zwager hebben al jaren de mount van go-moto zonder enkele problemen. Nadat ik er 1 cadeau van mijn vriendin heb gekregen lieten mijn installatie skills het helaas afweten, na een aantal dagen is de chin mount losgeraakt. Via support een mailtje gestuurd en binnen 10 minuten reactie dat er kosteloos vervangingende adhesive werd opgestuurd met bijbehorende gids om de herinstallatie tot een succes te maken. Stan hartstikke bedankt alvast voor de goede service en kan niet wachten tot ik het weer kan monteren.

So i ordered from go moto and i did apparently mess up my install by forgetting to wash my mounting surface with soapy water first. however after a quick email and a even quicker response they sent me some free replacement adhesive. now my mount (whilst actually properly installing and following the procedure) is amazingly secure and actually holds up to my heavy setup. cannot recommend enough and my biggest appreciation to stan for sending out the spare adhesive.

Very quick delivery, very well packaged and first impression of the actual product is great. Looks and feels like a quality product. Clear instructions included, what else could you want?

I would improve the box, maybe a better/ nicer one.
Please get rid of the Post office delivery as they are shity! Both in speed and tracking! I would prefer a proper forwarder and to pay a bit extra to have the product faster and properly delivered. I had to go to the post office, as there was no phone number on the label.

Ik heb in maart een ChinMount besteld bij Go-Moto. Na ongeveer drie maanden gebruik liet de mount helaas los. Ik heb vervolgens contact opgenomen met de klantenservice, waar Stan mij vriendelijk en snel heeft geholpen door nieuwe adhesive pads op te sturen.

De mount zelf heb ik niks over te klagen: kwalitatief materiaal en vooral goede beelden.

Ik ben erg blij met deze oplossing en ben zeer tevreden over zowel het product als de uitstekende service. Daarom kan ik Go-Moto zeker aanraden!

Die Halterung selbst sieht gut aus und wirkt gut verarbeitet. Zwar relativ teuer mit 50 Euro, aber ich dachte mir, wer billig kauft, kauft zweimal. Bei der Installation habe ich alles nach Anleitung gemacht: Helm sauber gemacht, mit dem beigelegten Tuch gewischt, Hitze angewendet, angedrückt, 72 Stunden in Ruhe gelassen... Die erste Ausfahrt mit der montierten DJI Action 5 Pro war in Ordnung, dauerte 30 Minuten. Danach stand der Helm eine Woche zuhause. Gestern nehme ich den Helm und sah, dass die Halterung am Boden liegt, einfach abgefallen. Gut, dass es nicht während der Fahrt passiert ist. Nur zum Vergleich: Meine billige Amazonhalterung hält bombenfest seit 2018 - und damals habe ich die einfach aufgeklebt, ohne Wischen, ohne Erwärmen, ohne Ruhezeit. Der Helm ist ein LS2 Vector II Carbon. Ich hatte große Hoffnungen in dieses europäische Unternehmen, und viele scheinen sehr zufrieden zu sein, das freut mich. Vielleicht war es nur Pech, aber für meine anderen Helme versuche ich wahrscheinlich doch bei einem anderen Hersteller. Liebe Grüße aus Österreich.

Na wat speurwerk op internet naar een betrouwbaar bedrijf voor een ChinMount voor mijn motorhelm, bleek er in Nederland weinig te vinden voor mijn type helm. Uiteindelijk toch contact opgenomen met Go Moto met de vraag of zij iets voor mij konden betekenen.
Ik kreeg snel reactie en kon mijn helm direct langsbrengen. Binnen drie dagen hadden ze een maatwerk ChinMount voor me gemaakt.
Super service en een top product. Zoek je een ChinMount voor je helm? Dan kan ik Go Moto 100% aanraden.

Fell off after a month of using.

I purchased a camera chin mount which was specifically designed for my make/model of helmet in order to achieve the most secure fit.

Despite following the installation instructions exactly and using the products which were supplied by the company, on the very first ride, the adhesive failed - evidenced by the residue left on the helmet - and the camera became detached whilst riding.

Fortunately, I was able to recover the camera which was still attached to the mount itself, but had sustained damage to the lens cover and case equating to around £40 of repair cost.

Despite their liability under UK legislation, the company refused to cover the cost of repair - hiding behind the fact that they are based in the Netherlands - although they eventually refunded the original cost of the mount.

This is a warning to everyone, but in particular anyone UK based about the quality of this company's products and their approach to customer service when their products result in damaged equipment.

Purtroppo per colpa di un problema di una compagnia di spedizioni locale in Italia il mio pacco non è mai arrivato ma fortunatamente grazie all'eccellente supporto mi è stato creato nuovamente un ordine a spese di Go Moto.

Best company to spend your money on! Perfect service, timing and quality. Never had any issues with my mount. just a small issue: I didn’t place the adhesive correctly, that’s why the mount slightly came off.. WELL no worries because go moto sent me some new spare adhesive with a step by step plan to reapply my mount! Perfect customer service! 10/10

Support mentonnière bien reçu. Nickel et impeccable. Facile à installer prêt pour l utilisation. Par contre juste pour la livraison, j ai vu des 48h 72h au final moi 1 semaine en Île de France. Mais nickel RAS.
