A Huge Disappointment – Signing Up for Goodiebox Was a Mistake! My experience with Goodiebox has been disappointing from the very beginning. A full week after placing and paying for my order, there is still no updated shipping status. No clear information about processing, dispatch, or delivery whatsoever. I decided to cancel my subscription because I simply don't find it acceptable to pay for a service and then potentially wait weeks without knowing what is happening with my money or my order. But the truly absurd part begins after cancelling the subscription. Even though I paid for an entire month and haven't even received my first box, my account has become practically useless. I can no longer participate in unboxing activities, send invitations, or access the platform's features. In other words, the moment I cancelled my subscription renewal, I was treated as though I no longer existed as a customer. Shouldn't a subscription that has already been paid for remain fully active until the end of the billing period? Another unpleasant surprise: home delivery charges. While checking the invoices in my account, I accidentally discovered a second, separate, unpaid invoice for home delivery. Had I not checked it myself, I probably wouldn't even have known it existed. A transparent shopping experience should clearly communicate all costs and payment obligations upfront, rather than leaving customers to discover additional invoices in their accounts. As for the app, it feels more like an illusion of functionality than an actual useful application. Almost every action redirects you to the website, then back to the app, repeatedly requiring you to log in. The entire digital experience is clumsy, frustrating, and poorly designed. I cannot comment on the quality of the products because a week after paying, I still haven't received anything. What I can evaluate, however, is the customer experience: poor communication, restricted account features despite having paid for the subscription period, unclear billing practices, and an app that hardly justifies its existence. I'm genuinely glad I had the sense to cancel my subscription before wasting any more money. My only regret is that I couldn't get a full refund and put an end to this experience before it had even properly begun. Goodiebox promotes the idea of surprises, excitement, and self-care. Unfortunately, the only surprises I've experienced so far have been unpleasant ones. I would not recommend subscribing to Goodiebox, at least not based on the experience I've had. A subscription service should make its customers feel valued, not make them regret signing up before their very first box has even arrived.

It’s my best experience with care products and it’s truly a treat. Excellent product, high quality! I recommend it.

My experience was great! I think this company really makes a difference by offering women a wonderful experience. For me was that felling of anticipation and excitement, it was something about and for myself! Unboxing my goodies I was so happy, surprised to discover new products, knowing that somebody selected them for me.

The design and experience is beautiful and indulgent. The product are carefully selected. My skin is reactive so some of the products that contain perfume were not suited for my face skin type, but I will use them on other parts of my body.

I like the prooduct and the presentation of the box. I like that every product has it's own short video presentation.

I like the quality of the products ,the way they are packed, the fact that i can pass one delivery if i want.

I loved the October Goodie box. I gave it only 4 stars cause I would have loved a makeup product, but other than that, I love getting to know so many new products and brands. Cannot wait for the November and mostly December one.

Sunt foarte multumita de produsele din primul colet. Luciul de buze este atat de cremos si miroase atat de placut. Plasturii racoritori pentru ochi sunt cei mai tari. Chiar m-au surprins rezultatele. Am avut o petrece si imi doream sa arat impecabil. Datorita acestor plasturi am reusit sa scap de cearcane si de semnele de oboseala. Toate produsele din coletul meu mi-au oferit o experienta placuta. Multumesc echipei!
