Suite à mon mail, j'ai reçu une information claire , un conseil que j'ai suivi et l'installation d'office s'est faite sans problème.

Énorme déception lors de la commande du logiciel Microsoft Office 2024 Home and Business for PC/macOS au prix de 99,00€.
Sur le site, il est écrit de stock.
Commande passé à 22h53 et payement effectué directement et accepté.
Reçu dans la minute suivante une facture et le lendemain à 9h05 je reçois un mail qui me dit que le prix a changé pendant la nuit et qu’il est de 239,99€.
BPkeys ne veut pas faire de geste commercial malgré mon insistance et leur demander de respecter la loi.
Je ne recommande pas ce site qui change ses prix en prétextant que le fournisseur avait augmenté ses prix pendant la nuit et que la commande avait été passée en dehors des heures d’ouverture.
J’ai été remboursé totalement 3 jours ouvrables après ma commande.

I had a small problem with a not recognized licence key from office 2024. A simple email message was enough to remote control and correct the situation by them.
Superb Support I must admit.

Got my key quickly upon purchase. After about half a year my key stopped working, which was almost certainly because I had reinstalled windows. I reached out and was helped immediately with a new key. Good and fast service!
