Very innovative company and has a broad palette of all kinds of important things. Every order delivered within reasonable time. They answer the customer service email from time to time, not often, not everytime, but they do. I havent had any trouble ordering or with tracking shipping. The products have never been broken since the parcel shield packing is top notch.

Thus I can only recommend Biolaboratorium.

Nachdem ich eine Lieferung bekam von einem Lebensmittel, in der Hitze total zerschmolzen aufgrund mangelnder Kühlung während des Transportes, schickte ich ein Foto nach Aufforderung. Jedoch seitdem keine Reaktion mehr von Biolaboratorium. Niemals mehr wieder bestelle ich dort!!!

Never buy anything from this company!

I placed an order for five different snack items to be shipped to the U.S. Right after I paid, I got a refund notification for one of the items because it was supposedly out of stock – even though their website showed it as available.

Then, when my package arrived, I found out they had sent me the wrong item. I had to email them every single day for over a week asking for a refund before they finally resolved the issue.

The items in my order totaled around $80, and that’s before subtracting the $30 item they sent incorrectly. But because of the way they filled out the shipping paperwork, I’m now being charged an additional $26 by the carrier. They apparently declared the shipment as if they were sending me free product samples and indicated that I was responsible for all additional charges. They never warned me about any of this. I also paid around $30 for shipping.

So I’ve already had to wait for two separate refunds because of their mistakes – and refunds don’t show up immediately – and now, on top of that, I somehow owe another $26.

Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Nach 1 Woche kam ein Mail für den Verwendungsnachweis. Das ist klar, der muss ausgefüllt werden. Aber warum erst nach 1 Woche?
2 Tage später kam ein Email, man muss ein Foto eines Ausweises und nochmals alle Daten ausfüllen.

Auf Nachfrage ob sie nicht gleich alles schicken könnten, kam ein Standardmail das die Frage nicht klärte. Bei der Telefonnr. kommt eine Standardansage, man soll sich per Email an sie wenden, damit es schneller geht. Ich bin enttäuscht und werde vom Vertrag zurücktreten, da ich biolaboratorium.com nicht als seriös erachte.

Ho acquistato un prodotto per il laboratorio per il nostro istituto scolastico. Al momento dell’acquisto è stata selezionata e regolarmente pagata la tariffa maggiorata per la consegna immediata del prodotto. Tuttavia, la merce è stata consegnata solamente dopo circa due settimane, causando notevoli disagi organizzativi alle attività previste.
A ciò si aggiunge il fatto che, nonostante i ripetuti tentativi di contatto via e-mail per ricevere chiarimenti in merito al ritardo e al servizio fornito, non abbiamo ancora ricevuto alcun riscontro dall'azienda

Die Bestellung ist nun zwei Wochen her und ich habe keinerlei Informationen zum Versand etc. erhalten. Habe nun die Rückerstattung bei Paypal beantragt.

I wasn’t sure about the site after reading the reviews but I did get what I needed so that’s good. It took a while longer than I thought but I got what I wanted thankfully .

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They don't respond to emails or phone calls, so if they are shipping the wrong product, there is no way to let them know or stop it. Just not good enough! Will not be ordering from them again.

Gutschein für Newsletteranmeldung brauchte 2 Wochen, ehe er verschickt wurde. Das hat mich von einer Bestellung abgehalten. Bloß gut, wie ich jetzt an den Bewertungen erkennen kann.

I ordered pine resin from them. Spent $200. I have emails back and forth specifically making sure it was unheated raw pine resin. The sent me heated pine rosin like the kind you use for a violin bow. They gave all kinds of excuses why they couldn't refund me. Never do buisness with these crooks.

Absolutely amazing experience, order delivered in 4 days from Poland to Romania, cheapest prices in whole europe, good product, glass solution arrived packed in a lot of bubble wrap and cartoons in the box, cheap shipping, big variety of products, pleased to say I will be a customer. I also saw the negative reviews and got scared at first but my experience is the total opposite. cheers
