I ordered a frame that had an expected delivery time of 5 - 10 days. When the frame did not arrive on time I contacted BGASTORE to explain, communication was excellent, I was quickly offered a refund which was greatly appreciated. While on this occasion the item I ordered did not arrive on time I would have no hesitation buying from BGASTORE again, although I would order far in advance to make sure the item arrived on time. 4 stars are given for their response, communication and fantastic customer service.

Very good product
Ordering process was easy,, was a long wait for delivery and then only one parcel of two arrived,, contacted company and a replacement was sent with no quibble, still waiting for this,, the products are fabulous for the price and I am very pleased with them,,

Unfortunately the condolences books we had ordered did not arrive in time but company were very good and offered we keep the books and refunded full amount. They were as disappointed as us that books were not delivered on time due to customs clearance (brexit!)

Museum quality glass for existing frame
Great product - museum quality glass for an existing framed picture - perfect measurements and looks lovely. Very professional service - when one item arrived broken, they immediately sent a replacement with no fuss. Came very well packaged etc.

Great service. We did not realise when ordering that the company is based in Sweden. Delivery took over a week, but when it arrived the frame was excellent. Well packaged and as described. I
emailed the company regarding delivery times and received a reply the following day. A great frame and mount and very well packaged.

Not being delivered on time(waited…
Not being delivered on time(waited 9days), parcel probably lost. Now I have to wait for the refund. I don't know how long as they need to contact the courier. Don't let the name of the website fool you. It's not UK based. Parcels going from Sweden and you will wait forever to get them, if you will get them. Waste of you time and money. My experience with customer service was ok but the fact that I have to wait for refund till they redirect the parcel is not fair as I never got it and it missed my sister birthday(never got an option for faster delivery or named day delivery) Such a shame! Never in years and years of buying online I have to go through such a bad experience. Never ever have to wait for refund as usually it been processed right away. But the fact that it is not UK based shop is so misleading as web domain is .uk I have ordered from different countries before and mostly it tells you to choose a country and currency and then you know shop is not based in UK. Not in this shop. My mistake next time I will do better research before I buy from new website. As its clearly Swedish company.

Ordered a pink frame but unfortunately…
Ordered a pink frame but unfortunately it got lost during transit. Contacted them by email and received a reply the next day apologising and saying they would look into this for me, received an email the next day offering a replacement. I asked for a refund instead and this was processed straight away. Shame my frame never arrived but can't fault the customer service.

I strongly advise against buying anything from…
I advise against buying anything from this company. The store acts as it is Uk based but actually deliveries comes from overseas. I ordered a £100 mirror. It took 4 weeks to arrive after probably 15 emails back and forth trying to get an update as the delivery tracking links never showed any movement or extremely slowly. At one point it showed it had arrived in UK and didn’t move for a further 2 weeks. The customer service emails were extremely poor and every reply was very generic with no actual update. After finally arriving the the mirror it was shattered in the box. It wasnt packed well for a international shipment. They did refund me quickly although i now have to dispose of a large shattered mirror that will cost me. I asked for a solution and they would no longer take any further action. I lost money and time in the end. All round a terrible business.

Unable to return item
Tried to send back shelves I bought, paid for the postage label then the company requests I email them with details of what I am sending back an why etc, emailed them 4 times. They keep emailing asking me to send the information, I keep responding with the information required but they just don't seem to be recieving my emails. Can't find any other way of contacting them other than the email that I've emailed so many times..so frustrating now I'm stuck with two shelves I don't want, no way of returning and also paid additional for a return label. Awful service.

Cracked perplex
The frame arrived on time and well packed but unfortunately there was a small crack on the perplex screen. This grew when I removed the protective sheet and another larger crack appeared. As it is a large frame it is an effort to return and emailing for a refund hasn’t been straightforward so far.
