Boxmarket Recenzje 

I did some good research on reviews to understand the reliability of this shop, falling again and again on sketchy reviews from trustedshops. I don't know what the deal is with trustedshops, but the reviews didn't look genuine.
However, after some back n forths with boxmarket's customer service, I decided to place an order and about a week later, everything was delivered to my address in Amsterdam.
The reason I'm leaving 4 stars is a feedback point for their customer service. They did take their time answering my emails and sometimes I had to email twice to get a response. Other than that, the product received was stellar.
I will shop from here again, their prices are very competitive.

ordered some cartons, never received them, shipped by DHL but final delivery was done by a third party. useless customer service , no refund / no resent since the parcel was marked as delivered. waste of time/money. Jonathan

Top firma, behulpzaam geen enkele moeite teveel , beveelt zelfs goedkopere alternatieven aan , na een verkeerde bestelling , deze bestelling direct geannuleerd en betaling meteen terug gestort en een goedkoper alternatief aangeboden TOP SERVICE
