Avoid InVideo AI completely.
I paid for their service and still couldn’t get a proper video, even after following every step they require. When I asked for a refund, they refused and kept wasting my time with long explanations instead of fixing the issue. They even charged extra credits without my permission.
The app does not deliver what it promises, and the support team pushes you to keep using the service instead of respecting your request to cancel.
Save your money and avoid this app — they do not refund even when the service fails.

It’s a big scam! Dont get fooled with their plans. You’ll be trapped by spending a lot and wasting your money. This kind of platform are not helping people they inly want to get money from people. No available chat once youre trapped, credits are gone without even habing a single video!!!! Worst ever!

InVideo’s Plus plan was a complete waste of money for me. Their credit system is confusing, misleading, and seemingly designed to drain your credits before you realize how little you actually purchased.

I paid for the Plus plan expecting to create and test at least one complete video. InVideo burned through every credit without delivering even ONE finished, usable video. Then, after taking my money and exhausting my credits, the solution was apparently for me to pay even more.

Better get your checkbook out if you plan on using InVideo. The subscription fee is just the price of admission. You may quickly discover that the credits included with your plan are nowhere near enough to properly test the service—much less create a finished video—without spending additional money.

A company should not consume a customer’s entire paid credit balance when it fails to produce the promised result. If no usable video is delivered, those credits should be restored automatically. Instead, I paid for a plan, received nothing useful, and was left with no credits.

I feel completely ripped off by this experience. The true cost and severe limitations of the credit system should be disclosed clearly before payment—not discovered after your money and credits are already gone.

I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend InVideo. Before subscribing, understand exactly how credits are charged, because the advertised plan may not get you anywhere close to one completed Facebook Reel. 

Literally scamming the users. I paid 100$ month for a very bad video editing, result is garbage, their is no support to contact. AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COST.

The technology is great, but the explanation of the actual cost in regards to the number of credits is hidden. A 90 second video can easily cost you $40 worth of credits. The AI agent consistently is biased to not directly answer questions about cost and credits, it only tells you about the high quality of the work being done. It takes about an hour to make a 90 second video. The videos look good, the scripting is mediocre. Just know going in that this is an expensive service. Somehow they make it sound like your first video is free, but that's not the case, and they don't tell you there is a cost until you've been working on the set up for 20 minutes. Additionally, even though it asks you set up questions about your branding, it can create videos that totally ignore the information you provided. It produced a video with misspellings, and made it's own branding rather than use what was specified. Then the edits to correct their mistakes double the cost of your video. You are much better off with a clearly defined cost service, look around, there are others to use.

Was forwarded to this site through ChatGPT. There was no (clear) indication from this site that it was a pay site during the transfer, while they received my raw data files and my Google account info. It may actually be able to produce a good product, but these practices raise red flags for me.

Negative experience with this app and confusing credits! Imagine paying almost 5k in Php and unable to generate video properly and even prompting only using stock and wanted and consumed all my credits and extra! Its terrible app and cannot even contact the support!

I was able to get assistance very quickly and very accurately. The technician seemed very professional. I really appreciated the simple and clear instructions.

I use InVideo AI to make videos for my content, and I've come to really like it. Once it clicked for me, I can bang out a finished video fast. That speed has been a game changer for how much content I can put out, and the results look genuinely professional.

The support has been just as strong. When I had a question about how credits were charged on one of my videos, several reps dug into my actual project, explained exactly what happened, and were patient and honest the whole way, even about where AI isn't perfect. They went out of their way to make it right.

The one thing I'd love to see improved is the credit accounting, a clearer itemized breakdown of where credits go would take the guesswork out of it. But that's a wish, not a dealbreaker.

Bottom line: I make videos quickly, they look great, and the people behind it clearly care. I'm sticking with them.

My main feedback is that InVideo should improve transparency around credit usage, especially for long-form projects. Users should be able to understand expected credit costs more clearly before generating large amounts of media.

Overall, the platform has potential and the support team did make an effort to help, but the onboarding and credit visibility for Agent One still need improvement.
