They took a week to update me about my shipment's status. When I finally called, I was put on hold for over 15 minutes. Really frustrating to not have clear updates on where my package was during the transport. Just not the experience I was hoping for.

my experience with AmeriFreight was fantastic. Samantha stayed in constant contact, was extremely cordial and was quick to find a driver for my truck. this was a looooong journey, from CA to VA, and i felt very comfortable throughout. Koba, the delivery driver was also in constant contact throughout the trip. the delivery was surprise for my brother and Koba recorded my brother's reactions without my request, which showed how much they cared about the overall experience for us. so greatly appreciated. go with AmeriFreight, you will not be disappointed.

I had the most polite and nicest broker named Harry Davis try and assist. However, he was unable to get the job done. I gave him 10 days to find a carrier to get my car from San Francisco, CA to Irvine, CA and hadn't heard a thing from him a week later. It was odd that when I called and let him know I would have to look for other options, he was suddenly able to find one less than an hour later. That carrier wasn't going to be able to meet my schedule. By the time he found another one a couple of hours later, I had already found a new company to work with. Unfortunate as I really enjoyed him.

What a nightmare is this company.
It all starts with a nice sales call where they tell you they communicate well and take care of everything.
In practice it's the opposite. Bad communication too slow response..My car has Oil on the roof and serious scratches and even with the GAP insurance I won't get any compensation. Please look for other better option.

Received a reasonable quote with a scheduled carrier pickup for a Saturday. The carrier never arrived. We had to contact Amerifreight to inquire about the pickup, and were told that contractually, the carrier had until the following day at 6pm to pickup. The carrier - again - never arrived, nor did we receive a callback from Amerifreight. When we reached the office on a Monday, we were told a pickup would take another 4-5 days due to traffic issues. When we asked about a discount for the inconvenience, we were offered $100 off, which we declined. The entire process was disingenuous and not at all service-oriented. Hiding behind unreliable carriers is no excuse for poor customer support. Do not recommend this company at all.
