Phil Hunt truly went above and beyond…
Phil Hunt truly went above and beyond to help me with an important cabin assignment issue that came up after my cruise was booked. He stayed on the phone with me and the cruise line for nearly an hour as we were put on hold, transferred multiple times, and had to explain the situation over and over again.
Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly patient, understanding, and persistent in advocating for me until we finally reached someone who was able to resolve the issue.
What I appreciated most was that he never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him or that he was trying to rush me off the phone. He genuinely seemed to care about helping me, and that made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

A CruiseHub agent promptly returned my call on a Sunday afternoon and fixed an issue I had made on booked cruise. I had accidentally put the wrong date of birth on a second passenger, and that prevented her from seeing that booked cruise on her RCL app. She said she will correct the info in her system and then would call the cruise line and correct that issue. Today, the RCL reflected the correction. The agent was extremely professional and courteous.

What a great experience dealing with Dave at Cruisehub. I never came across a company and travel agent who are laser focused on customer needs and just want to see their customers happy.
