Not a terrible experience but definitely not a good one. Some of their "tasks" seem scamish. I had an issue when first signing up. I hadn't gotten the email from the first signup, so I figured it wasn't valid then used the email that I should have used to begin with and was basically accused of fraud in so many words. I get trying to figure out who is lying and who isn't, but there is a way to do this and tact was not used whatsoever. I was able to get that straighten out so I think okay just a bad apple (but seeing some of these responses to reviews from this company, I can see that it is not just one bad apple) and go on my merry way. I did some surveys here and there and then started to meet the requirements for their UHRS section until I started seeing the tasks requiring personal information which they clearly state to you repeatedly when doing a task to not give any personal information out but yet I need to send a pic of my id or my SS card? That did not sit well with me at all, so I basically walked away from my account. It is probably suspended now due to inactivity but I have no intentions of ever reinstating my account. There are much better ways to earn some side cash. (Date below is an estimate of last login)

Should Be Available Globally

Hard Pass!

I joined and right away they started pushing for my tax details in the form of my social security number. I'm very wary of giving that out to anybody online, so I opted to skip that step until later. I wanted to try their site out first to get a feel for its legitimacy. Good thing for me!
I attempted to take several surveys and they all said I wasn't a good match after initially saying I was and after I answered a few questions. The only "jobs" that paid were the tutorial videos which pay .01 each. Not worth the time.
I finally decided to come to Trustpilot to see if I was the only one who found the whole setup a bit dodgy. I can see that many have experienced problems AFTER giving out their SS numbers and bank info. That's enough for me. It's a hard pass on continuing to work with Clickworker. I know of too many legitimate micro-work companies to deal with their nonsense.

The normal experience of most of the participants is, they also failed in attempting a few of the surveys but then, they finally completed the succeeding ones. La mejor en Micro trabajos bien pagados

Esta app, es la mejor para ganar un dinero extra con los microtrabajos, honesta a ,mas no poder, llevo en ella desde el 2021 y garantizo su gran labor.. En todo ese tiempo he logrado más de 4000 euros, hay que investigar y sacar partido de todo lo que ofrece, no entiendo que aquí tenga tan poca valoración, es una app de 10 la super-recomiendo.

Unfair account suspension and poor verification process

I’m very disappointed with my experience on Clickworker. My account was first approved and marked as active, but shortly after, it was suddenly suspended. They accused me of having multiple accounts, even though I only used one account, just accessed from two devices; my phone and my laptop.
When I tried to verify my identity, they refused my official documents, saying they didn’t meet U.S. guidelines, even though all my documents clearly show the same address and are legally valid in my country. Clickworker is a multinational platform, so I expected more understanding and fairness toward international users.
It’s very discouraging to be permanently suspended for something that was an honest mistake and to have no proper way to appeal or explain. I hope Clickworker improves their support and verification systems so others don’t go through the same.

Absolutely not worth it

Absolutely not worth it. I had to do a lot of research to figure out if this company was a scam or not, the awful reviews should have been a warning. You give them a huge amount of personal data and ID info, get a few surveys here and there that throw pennies at you, then they suddenly suspended my account and asked for another ID and proof of address. I asked why, and they said they don't disclose what triggers these suspensions (looking online this happened to a lot of people). I sent my residency card, as it has identity proof without too much sensitive information, and they claimed it wasn't good enough resolution (it's a high resolution scan I use often with government agencies). At this point this is proving not worth it and sketchy, so I asked them to delete my account and data and pay me what I earned. They said no to the last request, I honestly don't care. There are some good platforms out there right now doing real research and interesting tasks, don't bother with this one.

Geduld benötigt und viel Zeit geht flöten für nichts

Weitestgehend in Ordnung.
Bis auf die Tatsache, dass man sehr oft doppelt, dreifach, manchmal vierfach dazu aufgefordert wird, sein Alter, Geb. Datum, Wohnort, PLZ einzugeben, nur dass man dann erfährt, dass man gar nicht angenommen wurde und nach unzähligen Malen des Eingeben der Daten einfach rausfliegt. Dann sind schon mal schnell 5 bis 10 Minuten für nix gewesen.
Manchmal haut es einen bei 98% oder 99% einfach raus. Man hat ca 15 -20 Minuten mit der Umfrage verbracht und nachdem man alles wahrheitsgemäß eingegeben hat, Die Seite einem sagte es wäre jetzt die letzte Frage ... fliegt man unbezahlt raus.
Da sind schon mal 30 bis 40 Minuten für nichts und wieder nichts gewesen. Und man selbst versteht überhaupt nicht was überhaupt los ist. Dann gibt es die Option sich beim support zu melden und die Situation zu schildern. Antwort bekommt man ziemlich schnell und manchmal wird einem auch geholfen. Aber nicht immer, je nach dem, wen man als Bearbeiter bekommt.
Meine letzte Erfahrung war tatsächlich negativ, habe 20 Minuten in einer Umfrage verbracht (erst mal soweit kommen, das ist mit dreifacher Eingabe und immer neuer Weiterleitung auf irgendwelche anderen Seiten gar nicht so einfach).
Der Support meinte dann, ich solle halt ne andere Aufgabe machen.... Da fehlen einem doch die Worte ... ich sag ja, je nach dem wen man da an den support bekommt, kann man auch schon mal leer ausgehen und ca. 20 Minuten seiner Zeit geopfert zu haben. Sehr ärgerlich.
Und das kommt in den letzten Tagen immer häufiger vor. Umfragen brechen einfach ab, ohne Entlohnung. Und oft sagt der support dann nur ... tja, Pech gehabt ...
Ich bin jetzt genau einen Monat dabei, habe auf meinem Konto ein bisschen gesammelt und bin mal auf den Auszahlungsprozess gespannt, über den ich noch wirklich nichts sagen kann.
Ich werde dann hier ein update geben, ob das funktioniert hat, oder nicht.

die Auszahlung hat funktioniert, deswegen gebe ich 2 Sterne dazu. Funktioniert perfekt.
Update 15.10.2025
eine höher bezahlte Umfrage bricht nach 100% ab, Support sagt ich solle die Vorgangsnummer mitteilen, jedoch ist die Umfrage plötzlich verschwunden und nicht mehr darauf zugreifbar. 30 Minuten verschwendete Zeit für die Umfrage und genauso viel Zeit dafür verbracht, ein ticket zu erstellen. Dann wird ohne Lösung, mein Anliegen gelöscht und es wird nicht mehr darauf eingegangen. Meine bereits getätigten Eingaben werden jedoch OHNE BEAZHLUNG verwertet. 3 Sterne Abzug für diese Unverfrorenheit.

Ich habe mal grob zusammen gerechnet: Etwa 40% aller Umfragen, bei denen es um persönliche Empfindungen geht...
Man wird mit einer relativ hohen Belohnung in die Umfrage gelockt. Man füllt ehrlich und gewissenhaft aus. Nach etwa 10 Minuten wird man OHNE ersichtlichen Grund einfach aus der Umfrage rausgeworfen. Meine Einschätzung dazu: Die Umfragen gehen nur bis zu einem gewissen Punkt. Sobald die Firma (die hinter der Umfrage steckt) alle erforderlichen Antworten die sie benötigen hat, werdet ihr raus geworfen und mit 0,01 bis 0,02 Cent zum 'Trost' abgespeist, anstatt euch richtig zu vergüten. Die Firma verwendet aber dennoch eure Antworten und umgeht so eine vollständige Zahlung, die in der App angeboten wird. Das ist Täuschung. Einen Stern Abzug.

Nothing but criminal wannabes…

First I got registered on their miserable, simple, "website", if you want to call it an official website. Then i downloaded the app, logged in, changed my password and made my user name. After all of that crappie, they actually have it set up where you can't look around or do any research until you fill out everything about yourself including your payment information for direct deposit. So I filled everything out and right after I did my deposit information, for one of the stupidest reasons, they just suspended me out of the blue. RIGHT AFTER THEY RECEIVED MY VANK DEPOSIT INFO! I had to call the bank, close my account at my bank and I cannot open another one until Monday. You cannot talk to support, you have to fill all of this stupid crap out and "submit a ticket". I was up all freaking night SUBMITTING TICKETS just so they would close and delete my account on Clickworker, and then send me verification it was closed. I even had to call my lawyer and wake him up. These criminals dont even deserve 1 stupid star

Terrible experience with Clickworker

Terrible experience with Clickworker. A warning to anyone deciding to work with them. They will withhold your funds for no reason at all. I worked on their platform for a few months doing their hitapps tirelessly and made over $600. Then they suspended my account when I requested payout. Clickworker support is dishonest and they will try anything in the book to come up with an excuse not to pay you. They still haven't paid me for the time and effort I invested working for them, a lesson learned the hard way. Their business practices are very shady.

Worst experience

Worst experience! I created the account by mistake because I didn't know I had created the other account the other year, I never worked on the account that was created first, when I go through my email, I find that the account was suspended immediately after creating it. It could be a concern I had created 2 accounts and work on them and expecting payment twice but in my case it's very different. You should improve on that!!!

Poor Customer Support

I strongly do not recommend Clickworker. Their communication was dismissive and unprofessional, and the way my concerns were handled felt rude and disrespectful. I felt undervalued as a user, and their tone throughout the process was completely unacceptable.

While the platform may technically offer freelance opportunities, the lack of basic respect and proper support makes it impossible for me to continue using it. I have requested that my account and all personal information be permanently deleted — something I should never have had to fight for.

Waste of time!

Extra income but it's too long to get like 3 months to earn .survey is always error feels like i deceived and whenever your qualified for payment you're gonna get within 2weeks for waiting.The ewallet is garbage a lot of requirements for the small amount and transfer fee is not acceptable.
