Great company. They even included extra samples with my order, FREE!! I will definitely use them again. I'm in the USA and it only took 10 days to receive after the order was placed.

WOW, so disappointed. I ordered 2 boxes of contacts for $138.00 I was a little skeptical when I didn’t get any type of email confirmation until the next day. The following week, my order was still at “processing”, so I emailed them. They said it takes 7 business days before orders are shipped. After 11 business days (ordered on 9/17, today is 10/02, I went to their website, and now my order isn’t showing up at all. So, I tried to call them, but their phone “can’t accept phone calls now.” Yeah, I’m done. Contacted my credit card company to get them to do a chargeback. I don’t know what their problem is, but this is unacceptable. And Tom, if you’re reading this, shame on you. If you couldn’t fill the order, just tell the truth! Why waste my time??!!

Hello Lori, we were in constant contact by email. Unfortunately we are a small company and we send contact lenses from Europe, so the phone is not always active because the time difference is big. I'd give negative stars if I could. This company is a scam! The emails they send in response to requests for your items are from a random guys email with a third individual signing off on the response! Do not use this company!! Also known as speclens.com (BTW they do not have a phone #)

Hi Erica, I don't know why you think it's a scam. It's true that we don't have a phone number yet and a person to call who speaks fluent English. However, we do have customer service via email, which works well. We've already received several messages from you about the same order, and on August 30 we sent you tracking for a package that was sent on August 26. You ordered contact lenses from Europe because you need them without a prescription, so delivery takes a few days. The package will definitely reach your hands this month and we hope that then you will change your opinion about our small company.

The contacts are great! When I needed help, I got help right away! The only I didn't like, was how long it took to get my contacts.

I’m a repeat Customer BTW🤓…I placed my order and I got a confirmation Email of my order being received and is being processed and a couple of days later I received an Email with my Tracking Number and Other Details and Expected Delivery Date (Just like before) Everything was hassle free and Kate followed up which made everything much better. I use to live in Riverside California but I now live in Los Angeles 😎
