I ordered 2 Epi coolers, received multiple emails to buy more and sprays, but received no shipping details. I asked for a full refund but they decided to ship four days later. The coolers arrived and I was offered a 75% discount, the coolers did not perform as advertised, most disappointing purchase I have ever made!
After lots more emails back and forth, which just asked me to be patient, I contacted PayPal and got my refund.
Avoid at all costs, the Epi coolers are absolute rubbish, cheaply made and a small desk top fan does way more in comparison.

The response from the crew. They responded quickly. I believed what the author said about the product. Certainly wasn’t as described. It wouldn’t light but for me it just wasn’t what l expected. It wasn’t the last lighter I’d ever need…

28.06.2026 -Addebito non autorizzato, dopo aver ricevuto la notifica l'ordine era impossibile cancellare( passati 5 min).
Dopo aver restituito il pacco, non ho ricevuto il rimborso, la tempistica fra ricevimento(13.06.2026) e la consegna all'indirizzo di reso (23.06.2026) sono 10 gg. Ho 70 email con support@heyhelp, tutte le risposte sono uguali, senza senso, sembrano da digital assistance.
Così ho perso i soldi dell'addebito, la consegna a carico mio, più gli articoli pagati.

I needed to contact customer support because I received the wrong product. I was extremely satisfied with the quick response and how very helpful and informative all the representatives were to resolve my issue.

Hände weg von dem Unternehmen, kassieren Geld und liefern nicht, nur wage versprechen über Geld zurück.
Immer nur Versprechungen. Gut das ich über Paypal gezahlt habe, Geld soll jetzt über Paypal zurückkommen.
Mal sehen, ob es klappt.

The agent (Ryan Chris) on the phone today was courteous and helpful. The problem was that the flamejet which I received today was not the unit I ordered. I ordered the unit that is powered by being electrically charged. Unfortunately the unit I received was powered by fuel.

The first rep I spoke with said she would send me an email in 1/2 hour. I waited 2.5 hours then called again. That time the rep did send me the info to begin my return.

It was fine but I hate constantly having to do these surveys

There was no complaint from you or did you give me any problem to return this product

Customer service agent was very helpful and did not argue with me or attempt to change my mind. The product just did not work for me.

Der Kontakt war großartig und schnelle Antworten. Der Versand, naja, zwei Monate. Die mobile Klimaanlage entspricht nicht meinen Vorstellungen und die Bedienung ist leicht, ventilator Geschwindigkeit lässt sich nicht verstellen und ist für mich zu laut. In der Beschreibung ist ein Modus Button,welcher nicht vorhanden ist.

I found Edlyn at customer support to be very understanding with my query. talked me through my options and said she would confirm the cancellation of the subscription on the product that I don't remember ever ordering.

Die größten Betrüger aller Zeiten. Keine Ware und Geld wird auch nicht erstattet. Seit Anfang Juni kämpfe ich um die Erstattung für ein Klimagerät was nie geliefert wurde. Ist echt frustrierend. Also nichts bei denen bestellen selbst mit PayPal wird man betrogen
