Received entirely wrong package
Received entirely wrong package. Not even a phone. Customer service was great at first but quickly became inconsistent. Was told it would take up to 2 business days for review, but it has been 4 so far and I have yet to hear back from customer service. Emailing is only partially effective when trying to communicate with them.
