Moje zamówienie nie zostało…
Moje zamówienie nie zostało dostarczone. Mimo kilku maili z zapytaniem nie otrzymałam zwrotu pięniędzy, ani ponownej wysyłki zamówionych plakatów. Szkoda, bo oferta jaka posiada macie wydaje się niezwykle ciekawa.

Aneta, You reached out to us about your shipment Friday evening. We work Monday - Friday business hours. We replied to your message this morning and supplied you with the information on your shipment. You where not available to accept the delivery so it was returned to us by DHL. Before that there where several updates on your shipment and we have provided you with the information on your tracking, to follow up your self.
We do not resend parcels that has been returned to us, in a warehouse and production of our size it is impossible to locate one customers parcel and make a resend of it. In regards to a refund, you have been informed about this as well: as soon as the parcel has been processed in our warehouse, you will receive a refund!
We do not think this review is really fare since there is no error on our part, so please revise or remove.
