I wrote to the customer service about an order that I placed almost there weeks ago , and still it hasn’t arrived. I was chatting with lovely Millie G. She quickly told me that my order got lost in transit and asked me if I want a refund or replacement. She quickly arranged my replacement. I highly recommend.
