Watch out! This company is not an EU company but registered in Switzerland. It means they are free to scam EU citizens without consequences. I didn't know this until it was too late and they stole my money.

MSC is charging 100 euros for making price adjustments. They keep lowering cruise prices and collecting price adjustment fees until they finally cancel the cruise. They will return customers only the last 100 deposit you have paid and steal the rest of the money although they promise "full refund". Treating customers like this is an excellent way to help other cruise lines to get more customers.

Bait and switch pricing. When you check cruise price from their website and then call them, their price is suddenly double.

CYTA sim cards do not work in Turkey and North Cyprus because of political reasons. If you dare to point that out, they report you to Trustpilot for "Severe or excessive profanity/Insulting or offensive language, including derogatory terms related to sexual activity or gender". What a sad company that is only good for feeling sorry for but no good for using.

Despicable spammers who are unable to configure correctly even their own website. Try accessing it with http protocol and you will see.

You are not allowed to send links in audio or chat messages. That is ok. But their automated moderation tool is broken and can interpret anything as a link and give you a warning or ban you. If you contact Playstation to ask help, they lie to you to cover this up and give you just automated answers that do not help at all. If you do not mind losing your Playstation any time or getting your console blocked because of an error, keep using their broken systems and good luck.

Their warranties are trash. If you take them an item that broke during warranty period, they will try to sell you overpriced spare parts and charge you for repair.

Scam website. They make fake listings, advertise the site on fake sales ads on Facebook, and collect online payments without delivering anything. The domain is registered in Hongkong.

The incompetence of the morons they hire to work in their support is simply amazing.

They scamming customers so that they could keep commissions while their customers lose their refunds. They do not tell customers that getting the refund actually requires you to contact also Wizzair and tell them whether you want your money back or some wizzair credits. Instead, they lie to you that all is fine, say that it is not their problem, refuse to help you, and tell you to wait more, in fact forever. Avoid these scammers unless you want to get scammed.

Horrible, not worth the little money you save. When your flights get cancelled or changed, you will never get your money back or be able to reach anyone there to agree about rescheduled or changed flights. You will lose a ton of time and money if you use this company.

Looks very suspicious. I would recommend to avoid.

They broke again Fallout 76 with their latest update and show no interest in fixing the bugs. They are more interested in making new bugs.
