Worse than horrific
I’ve had hair extensions for about 5 years. This is the worst hair I e ever had. It comes out of the package and is really pretty and soft. After one shampoo they are super dry, course and feel itchy. I can’t stand them touching my neck. My real hair is better than this hair. I would never order again

To maintain their softness and prevent dryness, it is essential to use a strictly Sulfate-Free hydrating shampoo followed by a deep conditioner, as traditional sulfate shampoos can strip the hair's moisture immediately and cause severe dryness or friction against the neck.
