Incredibly expensive
Incredibly expensive. for 24 EURO they claimed to enable you to create 55 videos, when in reality that is hardly enough for 15!
Also you cannot even download a sound of a laser gun despite paying that... shambolic

The number of videos you can create depends on the models and resolution you choose - some, like Sora or Veo, use more credits because of their complexity and quality. The plan also includes access to music, sound effects, and other creative tools under one license. We’re always working to make pricing and usage clearer, and your input helps us improve that.

As a property owner, I was considering Nestify who, on a phone, told me they would look after everything with no need to worry from my end etc.. After those calls that sounded very nice and took quite some while, I finally got a contract which was nothing but what we talked about. Heavy fines for leaving Nestify, no guarantee of anything (income, damage,QoS..), everything was my responsibility and Nestify would not be liable in any case of anything ... absolutely shambolic contract designed to rip the owner off. After highlighting all those points, Nestify said they cannot make any amendments to their contract. What a massive time waste .. at least I feel I dodged the bullet there. Do not get involved with them

Our terms were designed to ensure consistency and to protect all parties involved; unfortunately, we were not able to assist you as, on investigation, you wished to make substantial and numerous changes to the contract.
Should you wish to take the matter further within the company please feel free to make direct contact with your salesperson and she will gladly assist with escalating your complaint.to management.

"Delivered" to any random dude whatsoever
They just ignore delivery notes and completely fell out of their expected delivery weekly slot by days!
Left package at random neighbour not even the direct neighbor declaring it delivered!
You can as well tell them to "give it to the first stranger willing to take the item".
They are not useless, but actually harmful

I got charged 530 for a "diagnosis" (I already told them what the problem was) and replacement of the diverter valve motor - part which costs about 50 and takes about 15 minutes to replace. Charging 530 when they held me practically a hostage felt extremely wrong. I wish I read the reviews here first!
I should add I have diagnosed the problem for them and told them on the initzcall as well as in the email.
Yet they did not bring the replacement part as asked and congratulated themselves for then going to buy it which they charged at an unreasonable rate

I am very sorry you have mis understood the charging. We do not charge 530 for a diagnosis. This is not our charges. We charge 140.00 Plus Vat for an investigation, diagnosis and a small repair. After the diagnosis you would have been given an all inclusive price which would have included the 140.00 plus vat, the supplying and fitting of the new part, including collecting the part and returning on the same day, and further testing of your system when the part had been installed. All this Carried out on the same day to get your heating functioning quickly.

29 GBP for just supplying address and…
29 GBP for just supplying address and email is a real rip off. In fact I thought that I was paying for the first lesson and not for a subscription to get details. The website is unclear about it and so you pay it for a month - it is also recurring ...they really hope you forget and they get you at least 2x.
This needs to be properly advertised as it is really deceitful at the moment!
They also tried really hard to get any bad reviews removed here!
Extremely dangerous, the safest is to completely avoid.

Thank you for your review. Although you appear dissatisfied with the business model, I do hope you found a great tutor through us.
Although this initial fee may look high for putting you contact with tutors, we do not charge any commission on our lessons like most other tutoring sites. This means that after a few lessons you will begin to save far more money than you spend.
Regarding the rolling subscription, when you subscribed to the student pass, you received an email in which it was stated that the registration fee was in the form of a monthly subscription and that you could cancel this subscription at any time directly from your account. At this point, you can still use the service you've paid for until the end of the current subscription period.
