Great UK based customer service. Short wait times and very friendly staff. Tariffs appear competitive, (we switched from Octopus -so must be good!)

First time user of the app/retailer. Not great. You have to sign up to an annual subscription. To cover the cost of that you have to spend £300 + on wine before the wine savings pay for itself. The app is a bit clunky and could do with better user experience. I wanted to speak to someone to help me but you can't which is very frustrating. I won't be renewing my membership.

I'm never quite sure if I have found a garage I trust to carry out any work for me, whether that be repairing a problem or carrying out a service and MOT. I did my research online and came across Servicing Stop and was amazed at how competitively priced they were vs my local garages. I decided to give them a go and found them to be very efficient and keeping me abreast of how my car was progressing during its service and calling me to take me through any repairs that needed doing and agreeing the costs with me first. Would definitely use them again.
