Dear Mr HYNDS,

We are sorry to hear about your ring.

When we checked your order details and the history of your correspondence with our customer support team, we found that your return parcel arrived at our London office on the 18th of November.

The same day, you were notified with an email regarding the arrival of your parcel and how the process will continue. In this email, we clearly explained that the inspection of your ring will be completed within 2 to 4 business days and then it will be forwarded to the Warranty & Returns department for the detailed assessment. We also stated that the process takes about 25 business days.

On the 26th of November, 5 business days after the arrival of your return parcel to our office, you contacted our customer support team saying that you didn’t hear back from us and our customer support representative informed you regarding the process once again.

Today is the 16th day of the process. We assure you that we do out utmost to process all items rapidly but we would like to kindly remind you that our office worked with limited hours in November, due to the national lockdown, as stated on our website. Despite that, your product was inspected and forwarded to the Returns Department as soon as possible.

While the return process continues, we would like to kindly inform you that gemstones usually fall of rings due to the impact caused by several reasons such as accidentally dropping them or hitting them on hard surfaces and it is not related to the production. If you had looked at the reviews as you mentioned in your comment, you would have found that the number of reviews with an “Excellent” rating is over 90%.

We understand your frustration and disappointment over the lost gemstone of your engagement ring but we also find it unfair that you try to mislead others regarding our return process and the service you have been receiving.
