Sizing

I landed up buying 2 jackets an XL and a 2XL because the XL was tight, more like a large and the 2XL was a medium fit?
The jacket was only available online otherwise I would have rather tried it on in-store.

I tried to update the name of the…

I tried to update the name of the driver online, when I signed in my policy details had not been updated for 2 years. Still shows policy 2019, not 2021.
Wasted 15 minutes on the phone trying to speak to someone but just kept on hold!
