Item was nowhere near as described, ended up paying more than advertised

I ordered a birthday card. Went straight in the bin as it was so terrible. It gave the impression online that it was a 3D card. Item took weeks to arrive and they overcharged me. Please don’t fall into the same trap as me. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I’m astonished at the negative reviews

I’m astonished at the negative reviews. maybe we were lucky to have an amazing guide who was able to provide such an in depth insight into Auschwitz and the sufferings of the people held there. I spoke with many of the other people on the tour who agreed what a valuable experience it was. still thinking about it. Will never forget.

I have nothing but high praise for the…

I have nothing but high praise for the service engineers who have helped me with my tricky boiler problem. They were all brilliant - professional, approachable and empathetic. Just like to single out one in particular - Sean Cox from Portishead near Bristol - he got to the root of the problem and sorted it out. If I could've given ten stars I would've!
