We purchased a patio set that included a fire pit, two chairs, a couch, and two ottomans. It came in 4 different shipments, which was fine. It was explained on the boxes that it would be multiple deliveries. The first set of cushion covers was evidently lost in transit; we never received them. I contacted customer support and got a reply within 24 hours. Customer service is responsive; it just takes 18-24 hours to get a reply due to international time differences. They sent out another set of covers, and they arrived 3 days later. Fit perfectly and were the right color. I then had an issue with one of the chairs and again contacted them twice. They wanted a video to show the issue. I sent that and got a reply asking me to check the assembly. It was my fault; I had put one piece facing the wrong way, and once I changed it, it worked fine. I would get this set again. Customer service has been responsive. It took longer to get everything than I expected, having ordered it through Amazon. Nice set, however, and a reasonable price.

I signed up for the monthly plan to try out the program. I already had 3 short stories completed in a series I had started. So far, the program has provided me with some ideas for the next installment. The only thing I am having to get used to is how quickly you can use up credits with revision ideas from the AI prompts. It has been interesting watching Claude primarily write the chapters. I am editing them and putting them more into my original plan, but it has been a big help thus far. It is still new, and I want to use it more, but I can see how it will be fun and help me with my writing.

This company apparently uses a classic bait and switch tactic. Their ad on Facebook for the magnification glasses ( so as not to need various pairs) was also "satisfaction guaranteed". After three weeks I received the glasses and they were poor quality "readers" with a 3.0 magnification. I have better pairs that I purchased from Wal-Mart for a lot less money. Their support team said they would be glad to refund as long as I sent them back to an address in China. I went to the PO and it would cost almost $45 to send these the cheapest way. More than I actually paid for them. Obviously I will not spend more money to do that. They sell other things but I recommend purchasing nothing from this company. The phone # the website gives for support is unresponsive as well. Do not trust them.

The description of the Nexus Pro seemed well written. The reviews are helpful. If the watch is as good as it seems to be I would be one happy camper. I am looking forward to receiving it soon.

Great communication. Easy to line up once I decided on a company to work with. There were several options and the price was clearly explained. I would use the again.

I received this warranty as part of a purchase for a new refrigerator. The registration process was easy and I think that this will be a solid purchase to extend the manufacture warranty. Unfortunately products made today don't last like they use to so this will provide additional peace of mind. I think for the price this was a great purchase. Hopefully I will never have to use it, but at least it is there if I do.

So far I am pleased with the results. I still have to get the hang of the processing process. I wish there was a little more hands on instruction. (if there is I have not found it). I like the results and the few I have processed from my recent Alaska trip have turned out great. It helped to make them more clear and more professional looking. I am using it stand alone at the moment as I have never used Lightroom or one of the other editors.

This looks like a great and simple program. I actually tried it on a few pics and it was good. I just realized even though I have a LOT of pics, that was not going to use this to try and clean up that many just for my personal use. I don't see me trying to sell any or really to have any printed so I decided to return the programs. For someone else who is really into that part of photography I think these would be great.

So much included and so little time to use it. Your really need the time in London to make this purchase worth while. There is savings, but you have to be able to take advantage of it.
