Abstract

1. Aerating device for cable-line ducts, particularly in petrochemical installations, with at least one closure element (19) which closes automatically on exceeding a maximum temperature and with which are associated a locking device and a holding-open device cooperating with a release mechanism, characterized in that the holding-open device has a spring-loaded, bendable spacer (30, 31, 37) and the release mechanism a switching member (34, 35, 40, 41), which bends and/or keeps stretched the spacer (30, 31, 37).
