Abstract

POSTUPAK I SMEŠA PRAHOVA ZA OPRAVKU VATROSTALNIH TELA NA BAZI OKSIDA - Opisan je postupak za opravku vatrostalnih tela na bazi oksida. Postupak se sastoji u nabacivanju smeše prahova na površinu pomenutog tela, na povišenog temperaturi u prisustvu kiseonika. Smeša prahova se sastoji od cestica oksida i čestica goriva, koje reaguje na egzoterman način sa kiseonikom gradeći vatrostalni oksid. Pronalazak je naznačen time da se čestice goriva biraju izmedju magnezijuma, aluminijuma, Silicijuma injhovih smeSa i da smeSa prahova dodatno sadrži do 10 mas.% čestica silicijum-karbida. Pronalazak da je postupak opravke vatrostalnih tela na bazi oksida, koji omogućava da se formira vatrostalna masa za opravku sa prihvadjivom poroznošću.
