Ovaj pronalazak se odnosi na novi postupak dobijanja 1-benzil-4-((5,6-dimetoksi-1-indanon)-2-il)metilpiperidina formule reakcijom jedinjenja formule I u kojoj R1 predstavlja R2O(C=O)- ili R3(C=O)-, gde R2 predstavlja (C1-C4) alkil, a R3 je (C1-C4)alkil ili fenil, sa hidroksidom radi obrazovanja jedinjenja formule VI i reagovanje tako obrazovanog jedinjenja sa benzil-halogenidom, kao što je benzilbromid, i bazom kao što je trietnolamin.The present invention relates to a novel process for the preparation of 1-benzyl-4 - ((5,6-dimethoxy-1-indanone) -2-yl) methylpiperidine of the formula by reacting a compound of formula I in which R 1 represents R 2 O (C = O) - or R 3 (C = O) -, where R2 represents (C1-C4) alkyl and R3 is (C1-C4) alkyl or phenyl, with a hydroxide to form a compound of formula VI and reacting the compound thus formed with a benzyl halide, such as benzyl bromide , and a base such as trietnolamine.
