Abstract

The invention refers to one procedure for the production of D-pantothenic acid by fermentation of bacteria where You find amplified, in particular expressed emphasized, sequence of nucleotides (pyc-gen), which codes piruvat carboxilasa (Ecno. 6.4.11) whereas the following steps are taken: (a) fermentation of bacteria producing D-pantothenic acid, where bar gene that codes piruvat carboxilasa is amplified; (b) enrichment of D-pantothenic acid in the environment or in the bacteria cells, and (c) extraction of the produced D-pantothenic acid.
