Abstract

Opisani su kompozicija za oralnu primenu bioaktivnih komponenata na kičmenjake i postupak za dobijanje te kompozicije. Kompozicija se sastoji od hidrogel matrice koja može da bubri i labilnog proteina. Hidrogel matrica uključuje poprečno umreženi kopolimer metakrilne kiseline i poli(alkilen glikol) monometakrilat, a labilni protein može biti insulin.[A composition and method are described for the oral administration of bioactive components to vertebrates. The method comprises the step of orally administering the vertebrate a composition comprising a swellable hydrogel matrix and a bioactive composition contained within the hydrogel matrix.
