Abstract

FLASTER ZA TRANSDERMALNO DAVANJE ISPARLJIVIH FARMACEUTSKIH AKTIVNIH SASTOJAKA HEMIJSKI BAZNE PRIRODE I POSTUPAK ZA IZRADU, naznačen time, što obuhvata sloj (42) matrice (a) u kojoj je kao lek raspodeljen aktivni sastojak ili njegova fiziološko prihvatljiva so, pri čemu se matrica (a) sastoji i od lepka osetljivog na pritisak; što obuhvata slojeve (41, 43) elementa (b) lepljivog sastava osetljivog na pritisak koji, kada matrica (a) u sloju (42) sadrži so-sadrži bazne grupe za oslobadjanje slobodne baze iz njene soli; što obuhvata sloj (44) zadnjeg sloja (c) koji je nepropusan za difundujuće sastojke matrice (a) iz sloja (42) elementa (b) iz slojeva (41, 43); što obuhvata sloj (40) oblaganja odavanjem (d) koji je nepropusan za difundujuće sastojke matrice (a) iz sloja (42) i elementa (b) iz slojeva (41, 43), pri čemu sloj (42) matrice (a) ili bar deo slojeva elementa (b) koji su u dodiru sa slojem (40) oblaganja odavanjem (d) imaju dovoljnu lepljivost za lepljenje flastera na kožu i što je bilo koji deo elementa (b) koji je postavljen izmedju sloja (42) matrice (a) i sloja (40) oblaganja odavanjem (d), propusan za deprenil, njegovu so ili za oba. - Prijava sadrži još 1 nezavisan i 8 zavisnih zahteva.
