Abstract

Novo jedinjenje 4-Fluoro-2-// (4-metoksi-2-piridinil)metil/sulfinil/-1H-benzimidazol i njegove fiziološki prihvatljive soli, kao i njegovi optički enantiomeri. Postupak za dobijanje jedinjenja prema zahtevu 1, naznačen ti me, što se vrši oksidacija 4-fluoro-2-//(4-metoksi-2-piridinil)metil/tio/-1H-benzimidazola, posle čega se tako dobijeno jedinjenje formule I, ako se želi, prevodi u farmaceutski prihvatljivu so ili čisti optički izomer. Prijava sadrži još 4 zavisna zahteva.
