Abstract
POSTUPAK ZA SINTEZU KOPOLIMERA MALEINSKE I AKRILNE KISELINE, cilj pronalaska je sinteza novog tipa kopolimera maleinske i akrilne kiseline koji sadrže 60 do 100% maleinatnih jedinica, odnosno 40 do 0% akrilatnih jedinica, obračunato na sumu obe jedinice u kopolimeru. Ovakvi kopolimeri pokazuju izrazite tehno-ekonomske prednosti u odnosu na ranije opisane kopolimere akrilne i maleinske kiseline. Prema optimizovanom postupku sinteze pomenutih kopolimera primenjuju se veoma koncentrovani alkalni rastvori maleinata (najbolje iznad 60%), vodonik peroksid i natrijumpersulfat kao katalizatori, i reakciona temperatura od 105 do 115В°C. Dobijeni kopolimeri imaju prosečne molekulske mase oko 20000 (dvadeset hiljada), a CCDC im iznosi u proseku oko 17 ml 0,25 M calcijum acetatapo 1 g kopolimera. Dobijeni kopolimeri pogodni su za primenu kao inhibitori inkrustacija, disperzanti i jonoizmenjivači.PROCEDURE FOR SYNTHESIS OF CALEYMER AND ACRYLIC ACID Copolymers, the object of the invention is to synthesize a new type of maleic and acrylic acid copolymers containing 60 to 100% maleate units, or 40 to 0% acrylate units, calculated on the sum of both units in the copolymer. Such copolymers show distinct techno-economic advantages over the acrylic and maleic acid copolymers described previously. According to the optimized synthesis method of said copolymers, very concentrated alkaline solutions of maleate (preferably above 60%), hydrogen peroxide and sodium sulfate as catalysts, and a reaction temperature of 105 to 115VC are applied. The copolymers obtained have an average molecular weight of about 20000 (twenty thousand), and the CCDC averages about 17 ml of 0.25 M calcium acetatapo 1 g of copolymer. The copolymers obtained are suitable for use as encrustation inhibitors, dispersants and ion exchangers.
