Abstract
Pronalazak se odnosi na nove supstituisane heksahidroazepinone i tetrahidrobenzazepinone formule, u kojoj R1, Z1, Z2, Y1 i Y2 su kao sto je ispod definisano, i na nove intermedijare upotrebljene pri sintezi takvih jedinjenja. Takva jedinjenja su korisna pri tretiranju i sprecavanju gastrointestinalnih poremecaja, bola i poremecaja uznemirenosti.The invention relates to novel substituted hexahydroazepinones and tetrahydrobenzazepinone formulas, wherein R1, Z1, Z2, Y1 and Y2 are as defined below, and to novel intermediates used in the synthesis of such compounds. Such compounds are useful in treating and preventing gastrointestinal disorders, pain, and anxiety disorders.
