Abstract

Pronalazak se odnosi na tehnologiju proizvodnje celuloze, proces kuvanja biljne sirovine - derivata, varijabilni parametrom odredjivanja količine hemijskog agensa. Proces kuvanja se vodi pomoću B - const. na osnovu matematičkog modela InL = InLo - B (In Co - In C) B - const. Na osnovu matematičkog modela i B - const. rešavamo postojeći problem tačnog definisanja količine aktivnih alkalija u procesu kuvanja. B - const. daje mogućnost odredjivanja ekvivalentne količine aktivnih alkalija u odnosu na lignin, kao varijabilni parametar u toku samog procesa. Metod može biti primenjen na kontinualan i diskontinualan način kuvanja. Kad je diskontinualan sistem (šematski prikaz) pad koncentracije alkalija u lugu (tgα po matematičkom modelu) meri se konduktometrijski poz (7), izmerene vrednosti odlaze u kontrolni sistem (9) gde se vrši komparacija izmedju zadanih i izmerenih vrednosti i daje impuls komandu automatskom ventilu (10) za doziranje luga kako bi se ostvarila zadana vrednost B - const.The invention relates to a technology for the production of cellulose, the process of cooking vegetable raw material - derivatives, variable parameter for determining the amount of chemical agent. The cooking process is conducted using B - const. based on the mathematical model InL = InLo - B (In Co - In C) B - const. Based on the mathematical model and B - const. we solve the existing problem of accurately defining the amount of active alkali in the cooking process. B - const. gives the possibility to determine the equivalent amount of active alkali with respect to lignin, as a variable parameter during the process. The method can be applied in a continuous and discontinuous way of cooking. When the discontinuous system (schematic representation) is the decrease of alkali concentration in alkali (tgα according to the mathematical model) the conductometric position (7) is measured, the measured values go to the control system (9) where the comparison between the set and the measured values is made and the impulse command is automatically valve (10) for alkaline dosing to achieve setpoint B - const.
