POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE NATRIJUM SILIKATA, za dobijanje kristalnog natrijum silikata slojevite strukture, s molekil odnosom SO2 i Na2O (1,9 do 2,1) : 1 i sadržajem vode od 0,3 mas.% iz rastopa stakla sa najmanje 20 mas.% vrste materije tretiramo rastop vodenog stakla sa peskom sa natrijum hidroksidom u molskom odnosu SO2 i Na2O (2,0 do 2,3) : 1 pri temperaturi od 180В°C do 240В°C i pritisku od 10-30 vol. Tu rastopinu topljenog stakla ubacujemo u rasprošenu zonu za sušenje sa vrućim zrnom od 200-300В°C, u vremenu od 10 do 25 s i temperaturi otpadnog plina koji napušta zonu za rasprašavanje na 90-130В°C pri čemu nastoje praškasti amorfni naterijev silikat sa sadržajem vode od 15 do 30 mas. % i nasipnom masom od 300 g/l.
