Abstract

L'invention concerne une feuille de cuisson textile (2) qui est utilisée pour supporter des produits à cuire pendant un processus de cuisson. La feuille de cuisson (2) comporte des fibres d'aramide (4) en tant que matériau de base pour un corps principal textile (3) de la feuille de cuisson (2). En outre, la feuille de cuisson (2) comporte un revêtement antiadhésif (5) sur le corps principal textile (3). Le poids par unité de surface du corps principal textile (3) revêtu du revêtement antiadhésif (5) est supérieur à 150 g/m2. En plus de la feuille de cuisson textile (2), un ensemble de support de charge pour des produits à cuire dans un four de cuisson présente un cadre de support qui entoure au moins une partie du corps principal textile (3). Il en résulte une feuille de cuisson et un ensemble de support de charge qui permettent une efficacité énergétique de cuisson améliorée.
