Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'aide pour personnes handicapées par des lésions de la colonne vertébrale, de la hanche et des membres inférieurs, utilisant un système complémentaire d'appui qui contourne l'élément endommagé, formé par : une bande tubulaire tronconique (4p) qui recouvre une partie de la zone thoracique, une bande ceinture (4w), une bande ceinture de hanche (4h), une cuissière (4m), une bande tronconique (4rp) qui se situe en rétrécissement sous le genou et vient appuyer sur une zone supérieure des muscles gastrocnémiens ou jumeaux, tibial antérieur et long péronier latéral, une bande de recouvrement de la zone inférieure de la jambe et de la zone médiale du pied (4pp), certains de ces éléments étant reliés de manière mutuellement intégrée aux éléments contigus ou reliés par vissage ou emboîtement au moyen de bandes planes, de bandes ondulées, de ressorts hélicoïdaux ou de ressorts formés par des rondelles ou des couronnes circulaires ondulées mutuellement superposées, lesdits éléments étant tous actionnés par pression.
