L'invention concerne un dispositif portatif de traitement par impulsions prévu pour retenir de manière amovible un stylet, le dispositif portatif de traitement par impulsions comprenant : un logement qui comprend une extrémité distale et une extrémité proximale ; un support qui est fixé à l'extrémité distale du logement ou est en contact continu avec celle-ci ; une gaine de stylet qui est fixée au support ou est en contact continu avec une extrémité distale, une extrémité proximale et une longueur efficace réglable entre celles-ci, est située dans le logement : un panneau de commande qui comprend un micrologiciel ; un actionneur linéaire qui est en communication électronique avec le micrologiciel ; un couplage fixé à l'actionneur linéaire ; un capteur de position, qui est en communication électronique avec l'actionneur linéaire et le micrologiciel ; et une unité de mouvement inertiel qui est en communication électronique avec le micrologiciel.
