Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de gélatine d'os qui comprend une déminéralisation d'os à l'aide d'une solution d'acide de déminéralisation, l'os étant lavé pendant une durée de déminéralisation dans la solution de déminéralisation pour retirer les tissus mous. L'os déminéralisé est ensuite pulvérisé pour produire des particules de l'os déminéralisé dans un tissu osseux homogénéisé. Les lipides sont ensuite retirés du tissu osseux homogénéisé à l'aide d'une série d'étapes de lavage de retrait de lipides qui peuvent comprendre le lavage du tissu osseux homogénéisé dans une série de solutions, comprenant une solution de retrait de lipides et une solution éthanolique. La gélatine est ensuite retirée du tissu osseux à lipides retirés dans un procédé d'extraction de gélatine, le tissu osseux à lipides retirés étant placé dans une solution de pepsine suivie par une solution d'extraction. La gélatine provenant du tissu osseux à gélatine extraite peut ensuite être séparée, et la gélatine d'os peut ensuite être lyophilisée.
